Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Decorative pillows are just for decoration. I only wash them once a season, so use the other pillows for sleeping. Super easy to find this place and park the trailer! Pull through sites with water, hookups, and picnic tables. Super quiet!! and gorgeous. This is a great spot!! Smells a little like horses, but it didn't bother me. Kind of across the street from the Buckskin, but nearby every amenity you would need in Kanab.

I think we got the best of seven sites…#5 sits right on the edge of the pond under a tree with a bench facing the water’s edge. The pavilion and bathrooms are both within a short walk and the fire ring was perfect for early October mornings and evenings. Highway 89 is somewhat close so you can still be reminded that civilization is close by but not enough to matter for us. We chose to leave our site early because Mother Nature decided to throw rain, wind, thunder and lightning nearly every night of our stay. Sometimes the lightning and thunder was simultaneous meaning it was about a mile away. We will return because the facility is great and situated between Blyth and Zion, our two favorite National Parks. Thank you Beth & Jeremy for creating such a beautiful camping experience.

Great spot for an overnight stay. Parowan is a cool little town. Pizza Barn? Yes please. Del was very helpful and personable and his new 5 week old colt was adorable!

Beautiful property and camp sights, the amenities were immaculate and we had lots of fun playing with the water toys. Very quiet even with being close to the hwy and Zion national park, in fact the only noise we really heard and interaction we had was with a very sweet horse that wanted to say hi. 10/10 would recommend!!

Secluded, a little road noise , but nice getaway from crowds at Bryce, Zion. Higher altitude than Zion, much cooler (better for us) Water, electric, AND dump at site Spot didn’t need leveling blocks WiFi internet just ok, enough to check phone emails Ponds for dogs to swim in. A little muddy at edges, but my lab doesn’t care Restrooms are fantastic, clean , roomy and shower is excellent 5 stars!

Cute little cabin.. every necessity was provided all needed to bring was food and drinks. Location was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful.. was warmly welcomed by Becky and had great conversations with Michael.. My girls were so excited when Maude took us to see and feed the goats, a horse, chickens and bunnies.. Definitely would recommend and will return.

I can’t recommend this site enough. Everything was pristine. The pond was clean and the fish were biting. The daytime and nighttime views were amazing. True to their word, the bathrooms (super nice) were serviced everyday. Pavilion area and items were very handy. Easy access to firewood. Clear instructions to help you get there. 10/10, would camp here again.

Remaining spots were a big too wet due to a sprinkler situation and an upgrade area was offered instead. Appreciated the willingness to make sure we had a good spot. Bathrooms were adequate and nice. The sink area outside was helpful and potable water on tap. We only stayed one night. Quiet valley and easy access to Zion or Bryce.
