We have ten acres that our home sit on but about 9 acres that consist of dry farm grass. We use 1 acre for camping and parking. The Weber river runs across the back of our property where we have a campground with tables and firepits. This is a family campground. We do not have Electrical Power or Water hookups. We have added 4 wooden porta potty enclosed in small tents which we service every day or as needed. Site selection is determined by type of sleeping accommodations and managements discretion. We have now have one tent areas and 1 RV spot. **We allow 2 adults per site and/or 2 adults and minor children per site. (Larger Family Gathering must be approved and pay extra based on the number of family or friends expected) WE NOW HAVE A COMPLETE FIRE BAN. ALL FIREWORKS ARE CURRENTLY STRICTLY PROHIBITED We are not a public campground and only list through Hipcamp and so our property is posted with NO TRESPASSING SIGNS. It is very important to let us know your approximate arrival time and call when you arrive. We will guide you down to the campgrounds and show you the best spots base on your type of camping. (Sleeping in trailers or van's versus tent campers) One draw back to our property is that we are within 1/2 mile of a well use highway (US 84) and railroad track. We have only had one camper who was concerned about the noise. Here at the house we don't notice it and maybe we are just use to it. Limited swimming and use of paddle board based on river conditions. Fishing is limited because we are on private property and the river is not stocked by the Utah fish and game. So, we are dependent on normal reproduction of the fish. Fly fishing being the best however you can use lures. Power bait or any bait that requires treble hooks are not allowed.. We would prefer catch and release. ALL UTAH FISHING REGULATION APPLY. WE HAVE INDICATED WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE WHOLE AREA IS BASICLLY LEVEL AND GRASS AND BARK COVERED.

ENTRANCE TO OUR PROPERTY IS STRAIGHT NORTH AT THE END OF THE PAVEMENT. PLEASE DO NOT TURN LEFT ON SESSION LANE! We have ten acres that our home sit on but about 9 acres that consist of dry farm grass. We use 1 acre for camping and parking. The Weber river runs across the back of our property where we have a campground with tables and firepits. This is a family campground. We do not have Electrical Power or Water hookups. We have added 4 wooden porta potty enclosed in small tents which we service every day or as needed. Site selection is determined by type of sleeping accommodations and managements discretion. We have now have one tent areas and 1 RV spot. **We allow 2 adults per site and/or 2 adults and minor children per site. (Larger Family Gathering must be approved and pay extra based on the number of family or friends expected) WE NOW HAVE A COMPLETE FIRE BAN. ALL FIREWORKS ARE CURRENTLY STRICTLY PROHIBITED We are not a public campground and only list through Hipcamp and so our property is posted with NO TRESPASSING SIGNS. It is very important to let us know your approximate arrival time and call when you arrive. We will guide you down to the campgrounds and show you the best spots base on your type of camping. (Sleeping in trailers or van's versus tent campers) One draw back to our property is that we are within 1/2 mile of a well use highway (US 84) and railroad track. We have only had one camper who was concerned about the noise. Here at the house we don't notice it and maybe we are just use to it. Limited swimming and use of paddle board based on river conditions. Fishing is limited because we are on private property and the river is not stocked by the Utah fish and game. So, we are dependent on normal reproduction of the fish. Fly fishing being the best however you can use lures. Power bait or any bait that requires treble hooks are not allowed.. We would prefer catch and release. ALL UTAH FISHING REGULATION APPLY. WE HAVE INDICATED WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE. THE WHOLE AREA IS BASICLLY LEVEL AND GRASS AND BARK COVERED.

The Enchanted Whimsical theme is very "Alice In Wonderland-esc". Allow yourself and your group to be enchanted by the livingroom's GOLD CEILINGS and clocks wall, reminding you to unwind and take some time for self care! On the topic of self-care, upon ascending the GOLD SPIRAL STAIRCASE located in the newly remodeled kitchen, you will be hugged with a unique meditation station, just outside the loft bedroom. Here there are ton's of tiny golden mirrors and some meditation floor pads, for an ideal spot to sit in contemplation and seek your most present minded self. A door-way off this room leads you into the "tree-house" feeling bedroom. The green color scheme and the skylight peering at the branches of the trees which extend over the roof in the sky, create a "tree-house like" experience. Back down on the ground level, you will find a second and third bedroom. The first one has a queen bed as well as a closet. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained. There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). What a beautiful experience. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The weather was perfectly crisp and fall-like, and Lynnellen made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She shared fresh vegetables from her garden and repeatedly encouraged us to make ourselves comfortable, and we truly felt like we could. Each morning, she made us breakfast that left our bellies happy and full, and Sunday dinner was incredibly nourishing. The conversations we shared were filled with warmth and sincerity. You can tell Lynnellen is someone full of love and joy who genuinely wants to share it with others, and you can see that same spirit reflected in the people passing through her home. If you’re looking for a place that radiates community, love, and connection, this is it. Our hearts feel very full after just two days here. Perfect for a campervan! Midway was adorable- worth the detour, only wish I could have stayed longer. I needed a safe place to stay for an evening while driving back from dinosaur national monument to Portland. Gypsy's place was absolutely perfect- safe, secure, easy to find. The shower and full bathroom access was a major bonus after 4 days on the river. The property was adorable and I easily could have spent several days here relaxing and exploring the area. I hope to be back!!

The site is wonderful - very large, grassy, shaded with large trees, and right on the Weber river, which was great for wading and even bathing in the shallow water (on September 1). The owners (Al and Jeri) even have two pontoon boats that campers can use (only going upstream - downstream is faster and rockier). The site has several tables (including a double length picnic table), a netted gazebo with a table and chairs (although we had no insects at all), and what I think is a grill (but didn't open it). Al and Jeri are wonderful. They showed us everything we needed and came a couple of times to see that everything is OK. For example, we asked for a small poll/tub for the kids to play out of the river, and they found one for us. Some 300 ft from the site there is a large enclosure with friendly grazing horses (the kids loved petting them). The only downside is that beyond the river there are train tracks and a highway, so there is quite a lot of traffic noise at night.

This spot is LOVELY! Plenty of space and lots of tables for shared meals (including one with an insect net which was perfect). The hosts are communicative, friendly, and very helpful! This spot by the river is ideal. As others have said the train goes by often but I am soothed by the sounds of trains so it didn’t bother me. Nor did the traffic sounds as you could still hear the soft babbling of the river. I would 100% camp here again.
