From Caddo Indians, pioneers, homesteaders, this land has seen it all.  Now it is a ranch with an event venue, horses, farm animals, trails, fishing ponds and camping. Contact us for special events.  Close by are the towns of Mt pleasant, Daingerfield and Pittsburg.  All have downtown areas with boutiques, antique and second hand shops to visit.  There are several museums in the area including the Mid America Flight Museum - a private museum of 60 vintage airplanes in flyable condition.  In pittsburg there is the Ezekial aircraft and local history museum.  also within 20 miles are major likes for water sports and sport fishing beyond our own famous "Catfish pond".

Each year our does give birth to singles and twins.  They are wild so you may or may not realize they are there.  We have several wildlife observation locations near feeders.

Eaton Ranch

When we bought the land earlier this year it was overgrown and completely inaccessible. A creek splits the property in half diagnally across the middle, the front Half is cleared and the back half has trails. You can camp on either side, it's completely your choice. We have seen many animals on the trail cameras we have up, we hope you enjoy our paradise as much as we do.Learn more about this land:The land is split down the middle by a creek, the front portion has recently been cleared aside from large trees. On the back half we have trails winding through the property, campsites in the woods can be set up here as well. Wildlife is plentiful, the animals love the creek! Lake Bob Sandlin is a mile away.
