Enchanted Cedar Glade

Sixteen-acre cedar forest and in the middle is a big (2 to 3 acre) cedar glade and RIGHT OFF (~3 miles) INTERSTATE - 40 East of Nashville. There is a 0ne mile walking trail around the site. In the middle of the property there is an opening with flat rock/soil surrounded by forest. Cedar glade plants are in bloom spring, summer and fall and the Nashville Bread root blooms beautiful in April and May. The forest is about 60-80 years old and has plants that grow here that don't grow anywhere else in the world. It is one of the reasons why Tennessee is one of the most biologically diverse inland states in the US. Learn more about this land: Two options: 1) bring your camper right off the interstate, stay a night or more! We can accommodate large campers and RVs. This site is closer to the front of the property and in view of the house. No litter removal (there is a 55-gallon cart by the Mt Juliet Yacht Club).
