Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails, including the Eternal Flame Hike, and a large fishing pond. Green lake is also nearby with fishing and a good place for paddle boarding or kayaking. The property is .5 mi from Bills Stadium.  Lake Erie and its beaches are a 15 minute drive. Frank Lloyd Wrights gray cliff property is 25 minutes away.Niagara Falls is 35 min. Downtown Buffalo is 18 min. There are walkable restaurants nearby (about .5 to 1 mi). An indoor restroom is available at specific hours (typically 4pm-8:30 am)  or if arranged in advance outside those hours. No shower is available.

Beautiful property and so convenient to not have to put up my own tent. The tent is wonderful equipped with a wood burning stove. I camped on a reeeealllly cold & windy night so it was nice to have my Mr. Buddy heater to supplement in the middle of the night when I didn’t feel like tending to the fire. I didn’t have time to explore the other paths and I’m so bummed because it looked like an amazing place to frolick! If you are a star gazer, this is your place! The hosts were so amazing and very accommodating. I appreciated the fire!

The site is tucked back in hidden from everything but a field. The tent is great and the wood stove worked wonderfully once we remembered how vents work. The bed was quite comfortable but pick your side wisely if you are over 6 ft. The outhouse seems brand new and the short trails around the property are a nice morning walk. We were comfortably warm in the 30s, except for when I let the fire go out. Will definitely be stopping by again when it warms back up.

Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the setup of the site to the little touches that make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It’s also conveniently located — only about 10 minutes from town, with easy access to gas stations, Walmart, and McDonald’s if you need to grab anything. You get the best of both worlds here: the calm and privacy of nature with the convenience of nearby amenities. We had a wonderful stay and left feeling refreshed. It is a perfect place for bird watching, seeing other wildlife, and stargazing. Please be aware that you will find ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy throughout the woods. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars.
