10-Fold Farm offers a secluded, peaceful space where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. Throughout winter, there will only be one RV site beside the river, providing an intimate and private setting to enjoy the sounds of the rushing river. With access to the picturesque Molalla River, you can enjoy fishing, relaxing in the lounge chairs provided, or under cover of my "Cowzebo". 1. Click on "Select a site" and choose Riverside RV. Other's can join you with another RV by also booking "add-on RV". For day use visitors to your site, you can either add additional vehicles or purchase of one of my frozen chickens (in Extras). 2. Choose your preferred dates. 3. Pack up your RV for a relaxing getaway from the city! More about the property: - This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- alive (egg layers for your back yard flock) and dead (meat birds in the freezer and available for your camp dinner). Two cows roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.. -My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a compost TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot. -There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs). - There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for use in bad weather. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river. - FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. We also are located for easy access to local summer attractions, wineries, restaurants etc. Campfires and book reading have been very popular here at Bear Hollow! Check in before sunset for your best experience! (Late arrivals can be requested for an additional fee. Just outside of McMinnville you will be welcomed to an area of towering 60ft Ash, Alder, Maple, Oak and both Grand and Douglas Fir. The property is very secluded at the end of a wooded valley and only a few camping spots are opened. The tree canopy keeps the underbrush in check while providing the tree shadows you will seek for Bird watching, local animal life and quality of camping not found outside of the open camping area in the middle of the largest state park. Turning at the Dairy Queen on 99 before sheridan and 10 minutes later you are at the access drive, then to the right of the split on a 1/4 mile shared wooded drive is an open gate, a few trees and an entrance to an old logging road to take you down to a small grove with seclusion and gentle breezes coming from up the year round spring fed stream nearby. The road leads on down to the crossing being restored, some natural photo options and nothing but native oregon plants and shaded grass for a picnic. 2 hiking options are avalible, and one can be guided from there and at the far back end of the property is a barn and a few animals if they want to learn about small animals. The property is very secluded at the end of a wooded valley It is 21 acre forested lot behind a 20 acre forested lot in front and 3 100's acre parcelsaround it without direct view into the camping spots ( minus sunrise oaks that has one side exposed 100 feet away for max sun).

April and Scott are terrific hosts. We really appreciate the care they took to make us feel welcome at their family farm. The site is tranquil and beautiful, and our two-night stay allowed us to spend a full day relaxing and enjoying the farm. Scott provided detailed directions for approaching and navigating on the property, and he helped us situate the rig to maximize our outside space on the passenger/entry door side. He provided us with a fresh-water hose (dispensing RO-filtered water) and, gratefully, an extension cable for the 30-amp service which I was able to reach easily with my shore cable. We really appreciated the half-dozen eggs from their hens that April brought over shortly after we arrived. We loved feeding the chickens in their pen the next morning, not to mention marveling at their gorgeous tom turkey. We also picked several sweet and flavorful apples from their heritage trees. Even though we were just across the lawn from the side of the house, the orientation of the rig allowed us abundant privacy on our side, where we enjoyed the provided dining table set and Adirondack chairs. The gravel pad is level and sits right at the edge of the property, adjacent to a neighboring farm with resident cows. Three of them wandered over in the morning, and following Scott’s suggestion we fed them apples from the ground on his farm, crushed a bit and broken in half. The sweet creatures loved the treats and we enjoyed feeding them. The morning of our departure, with April’s permission, we picked small but delicious end-of-season raspberries. We also collected several small, intricate cones from the ground under the majestic fir trees on the property. Scott and April’s hospitality was awesome, and our visit was a blissful respite in the midst of a very intense three-week itinerary. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again if we find ourselves returning to the region.

Melanie has such an amazing property right along a stretch of the Molalla River. We wanted a quick get away to have a quiet night and enjoy the river and that is what we got. Melanie was sweet and accommodating. My teens fell in love with her dogs. Gus visited us during our evening campfire when he was out on patrol and was such a love. The river is just beautiful. We sat out and read our books and had coffee by it in the morning. There is a great little swimming hole for hot days. We will be back.

Melanie's place is great for larger groups! We had 12 people there and it felt spacious. The swimming hole is really special to find in a river like the Molalla - it's about 6'-6.5' at it's deepest and actually big enough for swimming. Melanie was really responsive to our needs while also giving us plenty of space.

We really loved our stay right next to the river! Melanie has gone out of her was to create a special space for hip campers. The outhouse has a real toilet. There is water, an electrical outlet, and Internet connection. Two adorable dog greeters and we got fresh eggs! We hiked up nearby Table Rock to get a panoramic view and came back and jumped in the river. Then we snoozer in the riverside lounge chairs. Thank you again!

The property is large and beautifully maintained. It has a mix of shaded and open areas for camping and recreation. It was great for a family gathering. There's a great fire pit, wood supplied, electric hookup and lighting and potable water available. The composting toilet was quite pleasant. The hosts were gracious and we had the run of most of the property, including the blueberry fields for picking from the last of the available berries. There was some road noise from the nearby roadway, but it wasn't a big bother.

Our family had a blast Melanie‘s place! The swimming pool would be hard to be, she was very friendly and available when we had questions, but also gave us plenty of space and privacy. Melanie is very kind and accommodating.There is so much space to move around and enjoy out there, but we could have stayed another week! We were worried about there being dogs on the property, but her three are as friendly as can be. My toddler is afraid of dogs and was easily making friends with them in no time. From the three-year-old up through the 71-year-old birthday girl, everyone had a great experience. Our family might make her farm an annual trip!

It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. GeerCrest Farm was settled by the Geer family in 1848, and is still owned and stewarded by the family. The house Ralph and Mary Geer built in 1851 stands and is one of the oldest in Oregon to remain in the same family. The farm features creeks, forests, pastures, orchards and gardens as well as the historic buildings. Currently we have four friendly sheep and a small flock of Mallard ducks to keep us company. Both sites can use the portable toilet and outdoor shower. We keep it clean and odor free for a sanitary camping experience. Bring your bikes, boards and outdoor gear! Many adventures to be had here on the central coast. Your hosts are avid surfers and cyclists and can help direct you to the best spots to match your skill level. The property is close to town as well as bike loops, gravel roads and trails. We're also close to the beach. Within a short drive surfers of all levels can find something fun to ride nearly everyday of summer and fall. The 18 hole golf course is just down the street from the property and the town of Waldport is 2 miles away. Yachats is a short 12 minute drive to the south where you can find amazing restaurants where they serve fresh roasted coffee along with a large menu of drinks and treats at places such as The Green Salmon Cafe. Last season I focused on chickens- alive (egg layers for your back yard flock) and dead (meat birds in the freezer and available for your camp dinner). Two cows roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.. -My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a compost TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot. -There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs). - There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for use in bad weather. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river. - FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. Just outside of McMinnville you will be welcomed to an area of towering 60ft Ash, Alder, Maple, Oak and both Grand and Douglas Fir. The property is very secluded at the end of a wooded valley and only a few camping spots are opened. The tree canopy keeps the underbrush in check while providing the tree shadows you will seek for Bird watching, local animal life and quality of camping not found outside of the open camping area in the middle of the largest state park. Turning at the Dairy Queen on 99 before sheridan and 10 minutes later you are at the access drive, then to the right of the split on a 1/4 mile shared wooded drive is an open gate, a few trees and an entrance to an old logging road to take you down to a small grove with seclusion and gentle breezes coming from up the year round spring fed stream nearby. The road leads on down to the crossing being restored, some natural photo options and nothing but native oregon plants and shaded grass for a picnic. 2 hiking options are avalible, and one can be guided from there and at the far back end of the property is a barn and a few animals if they want to learn about small animals. The property is very secluded at the end of a wooded valley It is 21 acre forested lot behind a 20 acre forested lot in front and 3 100's acre parcelsaround it without direct view into the camping spots ( minus sunrise oaks that has one side exposed 100 feet away for max sun).
