You'll feel the vibrations of the train on the grounds. ***There is no fencing for dogs, and since it's near train track, please keep an eye on your dogs.*** Pitch your tent, park your RV, camper or tiny home and get away from the traffic! We plan to add an RV pedestal for electricity sometime in July. There is a shed on the property that is planned to have a washer and dryer and water soon. (check back for updates). The owner lives on property with her Tiny Home and dogs. Enjoy exploring nature onsite or at one of many nearby parks. Casinos are also close-ish for a fun night out. Have a nice fire at night to cook on or just relax and take in the serene surroundings. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the rejuvenating embrace of nature. Explore, cast a line in the pond, or simply bask in the natural splendor that surrounds you. With ample space and privacy, this idyllic sanctuary offers the perfect backdrop for creating cherished memories with loved ones or finding solace in solitude.

Great place nearby the Erie Canal. We arrived later than we wanted, arriving after dark. We found the driveway easily and the site was good. We had bicycles to cycle along the canal. The property did border the canal, but a little bushwhacking was needed. Woke up in the morning to four deer grazing and squirrels getting walnuts out of the trees!

Easy access, and nice spot with beautiful view. There are some farm stay trailer setups nearby, but still felt private enough. Toilet is composting, so paper in the trash, which may not be for everyone. I like the hippy-ish vibe.

This land has clear area with direct sunlight and a picnic table, has a forest where there it is clear of weeds, close to a small stream and has a picnic table too and also has walking access to the Erie canal. Definitely recommend. 30 minutes from Rochester but feels like you are far far. It is comparable to dispersed camping. Don't expect all amenities of a KOA (pool, vending machine, toilets, etc.) , this is comparable to backcountry hiking/camping.

We loved our stay at Streamside Eriegrove! Keith was a wonderful host—easy to communicate with, caring, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his property. The clean bathroom was such a bonus, and we loved the “bear shelter” for storing food and gear. There are plenty of flat tent spots, nice picnic tables, a great fire grate for cooking, and even hiking trails to explore. The creek was a blast for both people and dogs, and the whole property felt very private and peaceful. The string lights and the fun new lighted music trail made it feel extra special. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We love staying here! In the two years since we stayed last, they’ve added fun lights/sounds along a creekside walkway for nighttime, which the kids love. With spots for storage and a bathroom, and the best view, there’s no better place to camp with kids!

This was the 2nd time we tent camped at Streamside, and we plan to do it again and again. This time there were 7 adults and 2 doggos. The land is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Keith is a very responsive host. There isn't really a bad thing to say about a weekend at Streamside Eriegrove.
