The "Lumberyard Resturant" is a great local restaurant! Towns of Perry and Warsaw are both within 10 minutes for all your coffee and ice cream shop, restaurant, gas station, and grocery needs. You'll park in the designated parking area and then there's a short walk back to the campsite. We provide a wagon to transport your luggage.

We adjoin 150 acres of nature conservancy lands that nobody seems to know about. These lands are for respectful public daytime use. Every year we host a Tree fundraiser called "May We Begin" where we replant as many trees with tree shields as we can raise funds for. Learn more about this land: The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. Our full hook-up camp is in the middle of a small Amish community near the Finger Lakes. Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). Beautiful property and so convenient to not have to put up my own tent. The tent is wonderful equipped with a wood burning stove. I camped on a reeeealllly cold & windy night so it was nice to have my Mr. Buddy heater to supplement in the middle of the night when I didn’t feel like tending to the fire. I didn’t have time to explore the other paths and I’m so bummed because it looked like an amazing place to frolick! If you are a star gazer, this is your place! The hosts were so amazing and very accommodating. I appreciated the fire!

The site is tucked back in hidden from everything but a field. The tent is great and the wood stove worked wonderfully once we remembered how vents work. The bed was quite comfortable but pick your side wisely if you are over 6 ft. The outhouse seems brand new and the short trails around the property are a nice morning walk. We were comfortably warm in the 30s, except for when I let the fire go out. Will definitely be stopping by again when it warms back up.

We had such a wonderful birthday trip on Tommy’s land and in the surrounding area. Our site was the hilltop overlooking the rolling hills on one side and the forest on the other. It was perfect! Very private although the other site down the hill wasn’t occupied. They are spread apart quite a ways and both have picnic tables and fire rings. Tommy and his wife, Laura, both very nice and generous hosts, brought us plenty of free wood for our stay. Upon check-in, he greeted us and was very hospitable, offering suggestions for area must-sees for scenery, parks, wineries, food etc. They do offer usage of a flush toilet and sink in the end of their house, if desired. We’re pretty self-contained campers and didn’t utilize them. The property is very neat and clean in a rural area. We especially loved seeing the horse and cows each day as we are both originally from small farming towns. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp to anyone wanting a serene getaway with beautiful landscape and gracious host. Was a perfect trip! While you’re here, check out the Chimney Bluffs on Lake Ontario. They are super cool!

The RV site is tucked into the back yard of my 6-acre country home. From the site, you are surrounded by some of iconic sights of Western NY country living. Such as an American old red barn with horses, rolling tree-covered hills that were carved out by glaciers that passed through this area many thousands of years ago, gardens, woodland trails, a creek, and my flock of chickens. Not to mention the abundance of wildlife that visits the property daily. AMENTIES: • A 20 ft x 40ft stone RV pad. • 30- and 50-amp electrical service. • Well-water hook-up to hydrant via a hose. • A 9x11ft country shed is also included in your booking, if you’d like to spread out a little from your RV (see photos). The shed contains with the following conveniences: - Electric, patio , mini refrigerator, table and chairs,and an assortment of games. • Designated campfire pit. • Campfire wood is available for purchase, just ask. **This site has no septic or a holding tank for sewage. However, there are dump stations close by: Wilkins RV, Bath NY - 13.9 miles Pilot Travel Center , Kanona, NY - 12.7 miles. I am centrally located to many of the Finger Lakes along with several villages that still have been able to hold onto their old-time charm, like Pen Yann, Naples, and Hammondsport. Some of the nearby larger towns are Canandaigua, Corning and Watkins Glen. Any direction that you travel you will be able to enjoy breathtaking views and hiking, amazing Farm-to-Table Eateries, our famous Finger Lake wineries, breweries, distilleries, farm fresh produce, and, the many stores and products produced by our large Mennonite and Amish communities.
