It is a perfect place for bird watching, seeing other wildlife, and stargazing. Please be aware that you will find ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy throughout the woods. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need help with identifying anything. We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a boat launch, a skatepark, several playgrounds, and grocery stores within a few minutes from us, and we are just down the road from the National Iroquois Wildlife refuge. Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester are all within about an hour drive as well if you're looking for a central base from which to explore the WNY region.

It's fully hooked up with hot water, electricity, and wifi. The back bedroom mattresses and kitchen benches are made from organic and non-toxic materials. The kitchen bench and table transform into an additional sleeping space for one adult or 2 small kids. There is a top-of-the-line OGO composting toilet. Research it online so you know all about it. The camper has a wet bath shower with hot water. You will likely see us working in the gardens on weekends and occasionally in the evenings after work. We love to share and will offer you fresh garden veggies and flowers when they're in abundance...which is often. You will experience starry nights and birdsong mornings. It's truly an incredible space. Feel free to have a bonfire in the backyard pit or use the portable fire pit outside the camper. We'll have plenty of wood for you. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need help with identifying anything. We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a boat launch, a skatepark, several playgrounds, and grocery stores within a few minutes from us, and we are just down the road from the National Iroquois Wildlife refuge. Cozy and warm A frame! Nice wood stove that is easy to use. The loft bed was comfortable, remember to bring your bedding! We brought a couple strands of twinkle lights and made this magical little getaway perfect. Solar lights illuminate the pathway to the outhouse. We left a candle for the next guests. Enjoy! We stayed for three days—three guys on a camping trip—and had an awesome time. Great fire setup, plenty of trails to explore, and the hosts were fantastic with communication. Would definitely come back!

Our second visit. This place is just magical. One weekend is not enough time. If it were open in the Winter we'd totally come here to ski and get away-even if there was no indoor plumbing...hint hint :) Just need a wood stove or pellet stove situation :)

We stayed in The Loon cabin. It was super cute and nice. Simple necessities with all bases covered. The property was so large and had shoreline and wooded and field walking so we never even needed to leave to walk the dogs. We came AFTER kids camp season and we will be back! Only a half hour drive to CMAC! Bryan was easy to reach and quick to respond.

The Heron cabin was great. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a heater and fan. The common area got chilly overnight but the bedroom stayed comfortable with the door closed. The grounds were great and our dog loved exploring. The views of the lake were spectacular and it was so peaceful sitting out on the dock. We already can’t wait to go back and take advantage of the pool, and use a kayak or canoe. One thing to note is there is no outside lock on the cabin, though we totally felt our belongings were safe when we left during the day.

I love staying at camp Whitman. It was so quiet, peaceful, and green. Being right on Lake Seneca was unbeatable. Gorgeous! I had to do some remote work and my cabin had great WiFi signal!

Bryan was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive. We rented the Hawk for 2 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. The screened in porch is great for eating meals and playing cards. We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, and fishing on the pond. They have a very nice dock with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lake- about 5 minutes from the cabin. They do have a pool, but it was too chilly for us to use it. No need to bring a grill or camping chairs. They have benches outside around the campfire. Also included was hand soap, dish soap, tissue, paper towels, grilling tools, microwave, toaster oven, decent sized fridge with freezer, and a fan. It has a nice rustic feel with the comforts of running water/toilet/shower. We would definitely come back!

Truly a unique stay in a good location. A frame is just as described. Comfortable sleeping loft. The cooking grills on the firepit were clutch! It was so nice to be in nature but still just a short drive to the many sights, hikes and hospitality of lake Seneca. Watching sunsets and sunrise from the a frame was wonderful. I had good cell service.

Weekend Trip to Bloom Fields Secluded Woods
We spent a couple days on Karin's property and we had a great time. The site we stayed on was the site with the camper. My daughter, her husband and their 2-year-old stayed in the camper. My wife and I setup a tent on the same site. The camper was really nice for the kids because my daughter is pregnant and they didn't have to worry about climbing in and out of a tent or sleeping on a blowup mattress. The site is nice and opens to a field with a couple horses. Karin and her husband let us bring the granddaughter into the barn area to visit with the horses, a couple goats and chickens. She also let my granddaughter play on the swing set they have at their home. The site also has a fire pit and Jim brought us some firewood. We had also stopped to get some firewood on the way there, but it was really nice they gave us some. There is plenty of kindling laying around to get the fire started. The site is nicely shaded so you don't have to bring a pop-up to block the sun. Karin also gave us a half dozen eggs, put some kid's books in the camper and gave us some stuff to make s'mores with. The camper was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. There were towels in the bathroom and the bed was freshly made. We were able to park our vehicles at the campsite. We didn't explore the surrounding area because we were there for a short time and wanted to relax. Karin and Jim are wonderful hosts, and the place is great to get away for a while.

Staying here was such a great experience! The tent and surrounding property are stunning! A cart was provided to wheel out things to the tent. There was a composting toilet, fire pit and picnic table near the tent. It was so nice looking out at the pond and hearing the bull frogs. Away from it all yet about 10 mins into Naples. Plus, the bed was very comfy!

3 nights at Conesus Lake Glamping With a View
This was the perfect little get away. I had surgery and we couldn’t do the tent camping we normally do and found this place. Everything was great for a few days away. The dogs loved it and so did my mom and daughter it was a peaceful little get away over looking Conesus lake and close to anything we needed. We will definitely book here again in the future. The property had everything we needed to cook, relax, and explore. Thank you for an amazing stay.
