Neighborhood description Rustic Run is a secluded cabin located on private land surrounded by timber lands and the Allegheny National Forest. Access to hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing fishing, hunting, geocaching, wildlife viewing, ATV and snowmobile trails are all within a short drive. A handful of golfing options are available within a 30-minute radius or less. The bridge on the property crosses over the creek and provides access to the area timber lands and Allegheny National Forest. There is a cooperative agreement between the timber lands and ANF which allows for non-motorized, public use. Off trail-hiking is plentiful all around the cabin. Chapman State Park is about a 10 minute drive. Kinzua Dam; Jake's Rocks are 20-25 minute drive. Open year-round. Getting around Winter Months Require 4WD vehicles to access cabin. The Hosta Cabin sits on about 7 acres of peaceful lakefront property with 450 feet of frontage on Lake Erie. We have stairs that provide direct access to the beach, and there’s ample room to hang out, enjoy a campfire, or take a long walk by the water. If you’re traveling with children or want to camp, there’s also plenty of space for a tent. There are two cabins on the property, each with its own fire pit and chairs. While they are next to each other, there’s ample space between them, and they’re close enough for a family or group to rent both for a shared stay. We live on the property, so you may see us or our friendly dog around. While we try to give our guests space, we’re always available to answer questions and enjoy a friendly conversation when welcomed. Please note, while we have a dog, we do not allow guests to bring pets. Things to Know Before You Book This is a SMOKE-FREE property, both INSIDE and OUTSIDE. We want everyone to enjoy their stay and relax responsibly. However, we do not allow any illegal drugs or excessive drinking. Easy check in. Beautiful property. I highly recommend this glamping experience to anyone. My friend and I split the Waggin Tails covered wagon and were blown away at how roomy and comfortable it was. The wood and easy start kindling that's provided was a lovely bonus. The coffee shop uses the most delicious beans. I made sure I bought a bag to bring home so my husband could taste them. I enjoyed myself so much that I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift for a family member so they can come experience this campground with their family.

The hosts were so wonderful to chat with and very welcoming! The campground was amazing, from the expansive sites complete with water and power hookups (if needed) to the many various glamping sites. It is an eclectic mix of fun for everyone! The little store in the trolly was super cute. This place has it all. I would definitely recommend this place for family gatherings or the solo adventurer.

Our little family stayed in one of the tents this past weekend and upon our arrival we found a spacious tent with all the amenities for an outside gathering, outdoor cooking, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a separate game room. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, aesthetics, and personal touches that were left by the owners. Some shout outs: * We were given a separate heated bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a personalized touch of our family name on a sign outside the door * A gathering area or hang out after hours with a fire cauldron * A coffee shop with specious coffee and chai lattes and reasonably priced breakfast options * Pickleball for our kids * Very kind and gracious hosts We will absolutely be back and recommend this as a place to visit to our friends and family!

Our group had the best time at this campground. Absolutely no complaints! The hosts were friendly. The sites were very spacious and flat, great for tents or RVs! This would be a great spot for newer campers with the extra accommodations, games, and kitchen amenities. Bathrooms, outhouse, and showers were very clean. Great spot for birdwatching and stargazing as well. We have stayed at many Hipcamps and State Parks but this was our favorite so far. We will be coming back next year!

We had a fabulous three nights staying in the Country Cabin at Angie's Country Cabins. The Country Cabin has it's own parking and outhouse and is secluded from the rest of the property. You are able to follow a path to the main site during the day, but I wouldn't recommend it at night. (That's ok, it is literally a 20 second drive.) We had a great time meeting and chatting with Angie's family and other campers. Every morning we walked over to the main site and had a coffee, showered, and had a relaxing start to our day. Each night we settled around the community campfire and made some food, chitchatted with other campers, and one night pulled out guitars and jammed for a bit. We are already talking about going back in the winter and staying in Reynolds Rustic Retreat -- hopefully we have a few feet of snow and can escape from the world. Angie was always quick to respond to answer questions, both via phone and on the app. In addition she has videos, instructions on the amenities, and various books/games/etc. in the cabins. Stay here, relax for a few days, and get off the grid!

We had an excellent stay in the Hosta Cabin, it was cozy and gorgeous, and so was the whole property. The direct access to Lake Erie was so special. Rosemary was kind, personable and helpful, and provided so many great spots to watch the sunset over the lake, and the stars when the sun went down! Although we didn’t end up building a fire, having the pit there was a huge plus. Being only about 50 minutes from the eternal flame falls was the cherry on top for our little getaway. Thank you for helping make our trip to NY special and memorable!!

Excellent creekside camping. Dog friendly with a private fenced in dog park that is close to an acre in size. We were here early in the week with very few campers. Bathrooms are set up with two stalls and two showers: separate mens and women's, plus 2 outhouse. Shared kitchen space was nice for easy clean up. Highly recommend
