Our beautiful campground was developed with the idea that you can be close to nature and rough it a little but still have the convenience of hot showers and flush toilets. We are located close to attractions but you will be surrounded by trees and birds and flowers after your busy day having fun.

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location.  Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. We have kept the farm house feel with plenty of room for a family. This is a single occupancy listing. Your party will be the only guests. We do have a separate living space in our barn so only parking is shared. Originally 100 acres was purchased by the Deering family back in the 1800's from the Holland Land company. Then sometime near 1900 the farm was split between two brothers, each receiving 50 acres. The home was originally built in 1903 and is currently updated and remodeled for today’s codes and standards. 47 acres of accessible woods and pasture remain for hiking and at the top of the property a breath-taking view across Lake Erie into Ontario Canada.

Why book a site when you can have a house? This cozy country farm house, situated on 47 acres that has a breath-taking view overlooking Lake Erie into Canada, worth the hike up the hill. 1st floor living, remodeled kitchen and bath with all new appliances, bedroom has a new queen bed. 4 season home has gas appliances and heat. Great location for winter sports just 20 minutes from the newly renovated and reopened Cockaigne ski resort, and it’s just miles from access to marked snow mobile trails. Mud room makes it easy to shed and store boots and jackets. Spring time activities includes “March maple syrup madness” and exploring the Amish communities of Chautauqua county. For summertime it is just minutes to the Lake Erie shoreline and Dunkirk harbor for aquatic activities. In the Fall you cannot beat the canopy of colors. There are 4 wonderful wineries within 5 miles of your door, bring a bottle home and enjoy it by an outdoor campfire, or just sit on the patio and look up at the night sky. In the morning you can make your coffee by the cup, or carafe then sit on the patio and watch the sunrise. Major department and food stores are just minutes away. Come stay for a day and you will end up wanting to stay for more, a minimum 3 day 2 night stay is recommended.

Skiing is less than 1 hour away at Holiday Valley to the south or Peek n Peek to the west.

Wood Spring Club, Inc. (since 1957)

Wood Spring is a private members only rustic camping club. Hipcampers have access to all 52 acres including our pond, meadow, Little Buffalo Creek, and our hiking trails.

You’ll get a gate combination after confirming your stay. Enter through the gate on our one lane road, cross the shallow creek and end at our large open meadow. If the creek is ever too high to cross, park in the grassy area and walk across foot bridge.

GPS coordinates will be shared of your site. Enter those in your map software.

Welcome to our club you are a Wood Spring Member during your stay.

*Day Members shall have access to Corporation amenities and facilities and follow all rules. Day Membership includes an overnight stay. Day Membership is non-voting, and does not include status in the event Wood Spring were to dissolve. Day Members are not required to participate in Workdays

Buffalo Creek runs through Wood Spring and provides the fresh water for our pond.

Mature woods provide calm and a great place to camp.

Curry Farm

It’s an 1830’s  Early  Settlers  Farmstead situated  within 30 acres of an old Christmas Tree Farm.

We are located on 30 acres of tree lined fields and open skies, with mowed paths to walk. Great sunsets and star gazing.  We are located 2 miles from the village of East Aurora. The village has many restaurants, shops and breweries.  Knox state park is 2.5  miles from us where  Borderland Music festival takes place.  An amazing event.
