During your stay, you may also want to take a trip off-site to explore all that the Lakes Region offers. Explore the historic oceanfront City of Portland, or the local Towns of Windham, Naples, or Bridgton. Portland is a 35 minute drive from The Queen's Property. The coastline around Portland is rugged and attractive with world-famous lighthouses dotted along its shorelines. NEARBY STATE PARKS AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES If your idea of exploring is centered around outdoor activities, then Sebago Lake State Park is a 1,342-acre park that abuts the shores of Sebago Lake. Within the park, you will enjoy protected forests, bike paths, and Sebago Lake beaches. Sebago Lake is a deep glacial lake, and by itself is 44 square miles of clear waters that abut Sebago Lake State Park. The park and the lake host some of Maine's’ best sandy beaches, water sports, fishing, boating, boat rentals, camping, picnic areas, boat launches, extensive woodlands, a wide array of critters, hiking trails, and walking trails. Sebago Park hosts various play areas for children with slides and swings. The summer sun is warm and the autumn colors are always abundant and beautiful. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. If you are an avid hiker, The Queen’s Property is a short drive to numerous mountain ranges, forests, and peaks, all of which contain hundreds of miles of ATV and hiking trails. There are over 25 hiking trails within 10 miles of The Queen's Property and over 115 trails within 20 miles. Oh, and if you love winter sports you will love the Lakes Region.

Surround yourself in the natural beauty of a working flower farm in Maine in this quiet, secluded location that's close to area beaches, lighthouses, and more. Located about an acre behind our family home (which you can see from the spot), the camp site is within steps of our barn, which has both running water and electrical hookups (20amps) for campers to use. An open field next door plays host to numerous deer and turkeys, and the flower fields feature a rotating lineup of beautiful blooms (depending on the time of the season.) We are located off a busy street where cars drive a little too fast — if you have a dog that needs to be walked daily, we would recommend stopping by the beach or one of the many nearby walking trails instead of venturing down the road. Max length of vehicles is 30 feet -- we've found that any longer and the turns are too tight. 10 mins to grocery store (Hannaford) and gas stations 12 mins to local beaches (Long Sands and Short Sands) 15 mins to Portsmouth, NH 20 mins to Nubble Lighthouse 25 mins to Ogunquit, ME 35 mins to Kennebunkport, ME 45 mins to Portland, ME This is a working flower flower farm and on occasion there will need to be someone working in the field near to the campsite, often during the very early hours of the morning (5am during the spring and summer, later in the fall.) That said, we don't use tractors or any heavy machinery and we will always make our best effort to communicate this ahead of time. Lastly, for the summer of 2025 we have a longterm camper and his dog located further back on the property behind the barn. I really enjoyed this Hipcamp site. The hosts were quick to respond and even set up the fire pit with wood. It was private, clean, and even lit with lights in the tree above the picnic table. One of the things that I loved about this site is the ability to buy fresh eggs or firewood if needed. I will definitely remember that in the future when I return.

Incredible site with multiple pitches spread out around the land. We were lucky enough to be put on the beat site...on site 7 (despite booking the field site). What a view and great facilities. Fit pit with grill for cooking whilst watching the stars and white mountains. Camp cooking kitchen and shower near the main house. Fire wood for sale. Compost toilet at each site. The only problem was we wished we could have stayed longer! Look out for the friendly moose and check out the little boat on the pond. Fab site 10/10.

My Wife, Fur Baby, and I stayed at Eben’s land for a weekend and had an Amazing Time!!! Let me start of by saying the host Eben was wonderful!!! He met us upon arrival and was so kind and friendly and welcoming. He goes out of his way to show you how things at the site work and truly makes sure you understand how to operate everything. He had given us a map of the property and showed us everything his land had to offer and asked us what exactly what we were looking to do. Upon us answering what it was we were looking to do his made suggestions to accommodate our needs. He made suggestions around the area that were dog friendly so we would be able to accommodate our fur baby as well. Which was very thoughtful! After we were all set with everything he left us to ourselves and what a beautiful peaceful place it is. We chose the following morning to take a hike around the property and were pleasantly pleased with all the Beautiful Views his property had to offer. There’s nothing better than lying on a hammock and looking at Mountain View’s of the Fall Foliage. It truly looked like views you would see in a book or a movie. They were truly breathtaking. It was so nice to see our fur baby run free in the wilderness and soak up all the new scents. He was in heaven. This place is relaxing, peaceful, and just what we needed to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle of Life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others and we will most certainly be back without a doubt.
