This property has been a farm and ranch since 1863 it was used as a stage stop for travelers going to the gold fields in Bannock and Virginia City Montana. Come check us out.We offer two private campsites on the Gallatin River near Logan, Montana, 1/4 mile apart on a working farm and ranch. Ranch also is located below ATT and Verizon cell towers. Five minutes from entrance gate to interstate ninety. We are thirty minutes from Bozeman, six miles from Three Forks, MT, three miles from Headwaters State Park (Headwaters of the Missouri River), 12 minutes from the Copper City Mountain biking trails, 20 minutes from Lewis and Clark Caverns, eight miles from Madison Buffalo Jump. Yellowstone National Park is two hours south of the property. Easy full recreational access to the Gallatin River, including fishing if you follow Montana FWP rules and regulations. Gallatin River is a blue-ribbon trout stream and there are four additional blue-ribbon trout streams that are within close proximity. Inhabited by most major indigenous species of Montana, except bison and mountain goats. The RV Park has 10 sites with full hookups except for campsite 10 which only has electric and water. These sites are pull through and most can accommodate large RVs. This is a dog friendly park, please keep your dog on a leash and pick up after your furry friend. Recreation Opportunities Close to the RV Park. The RV Park is within a 15 minute hike of the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest. The Boulder Hot Springs is approximately a 2-mile drive from the RV Park where you can soak in their pools always heated with thermal water. Fishing access to the Boulder River is a short drive from the RV Park. Access to off road recreation is approximately 2 miles going north or south. Helena Mt. the capital, is a 40-minute drive. Butte Mt. is about a 50-minute drive where you can see all the historic mining era. Boulder MT (RV Park) is halfway between Yellowstone NP and Glacier NP. Wildlife is abundant with mule deer and whitetails. Certain times of the year elk hang out in the hayfields which are adjacent to the park. Views of the mountains are very nice. Explore the Ghost town of Elkhorn 12 miles away. The Boulder Valley is an agricultural landscape, and with that comes Mosquitos. Please be prepared to handle them mostly June-July.

Campsite #4 is limited to Truck Campers, Sprinters or very small towables. Campsites #5 (up to 20ft) and Campsite #6 (up to 25ft) can accommodate mid-sized campers with limited but manageable room to maneuver. Notice. We implemented a comprehensive weed management program so campgrounds should be dramatically improved this year. Believe it or not some people don't know this. This is a campground on a river bottom in Montana. We keep it well but its fairly "raw" here. There can be wildlife - large & small game, maybe a few lost cows at times. There can be bugs - mosquitoes & spiders. There can be weeds. Water levels in the river vary dramatically depending on the time of year - sometimes high & fast other times low & slow. Sometimes it'll be really hot, dry & dusty, other times humid & muddy, maybe even flooded in areas, sometimes it can be cold & icy. If these things concern you it might be best to find an alternative. For everyone else, come on in and enjoy, we welcome you!

The spot is flat with grass for a tent or large enough to pull in a camper. It’s in a rural neighborhood surrounded by mostly residents and some vacation rentals. The views are endless. You have access to a spring red creek for fishing, swimming and relaxing.

Awesome place with plenty of room, Roger was awesome! We stayed at site 1 which wasn’t directly on the river but it was a short trail to the river and you had your own private beach. I actually drove my truck down the trail and made it to the beach. 100% recommend.

This spot was a good overnight location for us and provided a spectacular Montana sunset. We did have to drive about a mile on a dirt road, which was no problem for me, but a little concerning for my glamper husband:) You can hear trains passing by and the site is near a shooting range-not an issue after dark, but a little noisy during the daylight hours. Host was friendly and helpful.

We loved the spot. We called Roger when we were 15 min away so he could come lead us to a very private piece of the property. Right on the Gallatin River with a fire pit and all the space in the world. There was a Golden Eagle hanging out in a tree and a rattlesnake skin 10 ft from our RV. It's 30ish minutes from Bozeman and even less to the airport. We met Roger and his wife briefly. They we're very easy to communicate with and easily earn a 10/10. We'll be back!

What a hidden gem! Lori was amazing! We originally booked site #4, but were switched to #8, which I think was actually even better! We fell in love with the Big Montana Sky, so we booked an extra 2 nights! Make sure to go to the hot springs 2 miles down, or take a day trip to the Lewis And Clark Caverns National Park in Cardwell. They're worth it!

The space is absolutely beautiful and very private. There is a ton of space between the campsites. Roger was communicative and welcoming. There is a firepit, which we didn’t use, but it was great. It is right on the river, so don’t forget the bug spray
