The layout of the campsites is very privately cozy and well maintained. Nicely flat ground areas for tents, and many opportunities for hammock spaces in the area. The evening solar lights keep the sites well-lit and very inviting. The campfire kettle rings and swivel grill are very functional for camp cooking. The hobby farm animals are very entertaining to watch, and it was very fun to help Pamela feed them during their feeding schedules. The composting toilet is very clean and well kept. Cellular service is very limited, but accessible north near the farm and south near the property line. Many supplies were available in addition to the site bookings and were greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning :)

It’s such a lovely place to stay for the weekend! I really enjoyed feeding and brushing the goats. I also got some eggs and honey there—loved them! I didn’t meet Pamela since she was away, but Mason was very nice and welcoming.

The most magical experience! had the land all to myself for the night, got to hang out with the sweetest animals and enjoy the peaceful woods! Pamela was very helpful and communicative, she had super friendly and welcoming farm hands as well! (Amazing honey and lip balms) Will definitely be back soon, thank you so much! 🤎🏕️🚐

We thoroughly enjoyed our night on Pamela’s land- the campsites that she provides are well-maintained, level and felt very private from the farm areas, though the animals’ enclosures were seen from where we were located. The outhouse is charming, honestly! and I appreciated the Hen & Hive samplers she made available inside. We could hear shooting activity from the nearby gun club early in the evening, but it was over as dusk approached- and this was something Pamela pointed out in the site description. We are always thankful for the honesty property owners share about what we might experience from beyond the campsite borders.

Great place. So beautiful and the goats and sheep along with the chickens make it a great place to reconnect with nature. Pamela is wonderful and she makes the whole experience work.

The host was attentive and responsive, the site was clean and well cared for. Having the firewood and kindling, plus a gallon of water at the site was a plus. We will definitely be back!

We had an Amazing time and very much enjoyed the host. We needed a place last minute and the host was very accommodating. Site #1 is huge with plenty of options for camping - my daughter slept in a hammock that is on site. The wildlife is abundant - the outhouse is a perfect treasure, fully stocked with samples of Pamela's products. Unfortunately there is a gun range across the street so you may hear some shooting - but the rest of the experience makes up for it. The host supplied us with water & fire wood that we ordered ahead is time - she also delivered us farm fresh eggs. It was all waiting there for us when we arrived. We joined her to meet the animals in the evening. The campsite is close to the farm but also secluded with lots of privacy. Best rustic camping we've done.

We loved tent camping at Pamela’s farm! It was peaceful and so easy to find. We were able to tour the property and feed the goats and chickens and it was so fun. Will definitely be back! This is a true gem, so close to Grand Rapids!

We camped in spot #3 with a small teardrop camper and it was perfect. The ground was flat and grassy with lots of trees overhead. There were only two other spots and it felt very secluded and private. We would definitely return to this property. It's exactly what we were looking for.

Pamela's property was so magical! With permission we were able to bring our three and five year-old! After some much needed family time together, we found this spot and it seemed perfect. We stayed for one night, but it felt like we were there for more. Pamela was so wonderful with the kids and allowing them to see the animals. Her property is gorgeous. We look forward to coming back next summer.

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful… A lovely piece of land in the country, only 20+ minutes from Grand Rapids. It was perfect for my traveling needs & I’d definitely recommend! If I’m ever in the area again, this is the first place I’d go for camping. Very nice!

3 nights at Hen and Hive Provisions
This is the second time I've been here and definitely won't be the last ! My favorite place to camp. Pros are the nature trail,farm animals and the amazing on land made honey 🏕️Pamala always is an amazing host and produces wood/eggs if you buy some. Nearby there is geocatches and a nature preserve you can walk . Will be back!

We had a lovely time at Pamela’s property. We stayed at site 1 and it was perfect, clean, and stocked with supplies upon arrival! The animals were so cute and the property was nice and relaxing to walk through. 10/10 will be staying again in the future!

We had a great 2 night stay at Camp Site 3. It's clean, quiet, and private. Bathrooms were a short walk and were very clean as well! Pamela left fresh water for our stay at the site and the fresh eggs we purchased were delicious! We'd definitely recommend for a tent or small camper.
