Learn more about this land:This isn't a fancy retreat or crowded campground. Its just my personal little slice of heaven that i want to share with people. There is a RV pad set to park a large camper or van on as well as a grassy meadow that would be very comfortable for a smaller camper or 4WD van. The property is a shady thick aspen forest with occasional clearings and undeveloped game trails. You can expect to see wildlife if you stay for very long at all. It's very common to see moose, rabbits, foxes, deer and all kinds of birds frolicking in the woods. The property is also about a 2 mile drive from 2 different national forest access areas both offering unique hiking, fishing, off roading , skiing, and exploring. Also, grand Targhee ski resort is only a 20 minute drive from the house. The Teton river " 30 minutes away" has world class fishing for everyone from kids to serious fly fisherman. We have 3 friendly labrador muts living on the property so if you have dogs that like to play in the woods and are friendly to other dogs, bring them! Campfires are not out of the question but are extremely dependent on weather conditions.

Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit. Each pad is rented at $40 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from June 4th-Aug. 30th 2024. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot.
