You’ll love my place because It has three decks, one with a hot tub, it’s close to Tubing, Zip Lining, Wineries tourist activities and its in a gated golf development. the outdoors space, the ambiance, the neighborhood. Perfect for couples, families and big groups. The space You get the complete use of the whole house in the Innsbrook golf development in the city limits of Helen Georgia Guest access The development has a community pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. It’s right after you go through the guard gate. The guard can give you directions. It is in the section called the sports complex. They only area off-limits to guests is my locked owners closet. The rest of the house has complete access. Other things to note Questions I get occasionally from guests: one bedroom is on the main level. Once you get in the house it requires no additional stairs. 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the master has a king and except the lift has a daybed with a pop up trundle., usually it is set as twin beds. I have put the two together to make one king. The fireplace is a gas fireplace. The barbecue grill is charcoal. Ciffevmakers: 2 drip one keurig. Filters included bring your own coffee

This was a really enjoyable place to stay for a couple of nights. The view from the camp area, right in front of the winery tasting room, was incredible. The location is perfect if you plan to go into Helen too, it’s only 2 miles away. The winery has a kitchen and they serve craft beer in addition to their wine. Overall, hanging out there is also a great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Myself and my yorkie Briar had a great time. 100% will be back.

Bill & Laura's hospitality was amazing! They made every effort to help us find a great spot right on the lake! Moved and leveled the picnic table while we enjoyed conversation. Communication details were very detail and a great help. The views were beautiful and serene, we even had access to a gazebo next to our camp. We slept in our tent and felt very safe. We caught two nice size catfish just before leaving which was great! I can't say enough about this private camp site, except we will be back again soon.

We had the best time at Brooks Lake — it’s truly our happy place. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and it’s the perfect spot to spend time as a family. I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

A peaceful site in a grassy field beside a gently flowing stream. Nice fire pit and host sells wood. Lots of horses nearby for company. Anna was helpful with arranging my arrival time. The only thing needing improvement is the porta-potty. It's slightly tilted and too crowded with accessories (bins, sanitizer dispenser, etc) getting in the way of the main purpose for visiting. A good location for visiting hiking trails, wineriess, etc. Lots to do in the area. I would definitely return.
