Beautiful property and clean camp site with power and water.. We came into town for a GA game (go dawgs!) and it was the perfect peaceful getaway for the weekend. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the game (with Athens traffic). Teens loved feeding the goats and seeing all the other animals. Our hosts were gracious and friendly as well. So much better than staying in a crowded, overpriced hotel. We’ll be back!

Had a great stay at Fenn Farm. We chose the primitive camping option and it was perfect for what we needed. A little campsite along a creek. Very secluded and peaceful. Would stay again!

Camping on the farm was such a fun experience! My kids loved seeing all of the animals and getting to feed Mrs. piggy. My son loved it so much he’s decided he has to be a farmer when he grows up. 😌 James was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to come back!

Camping at James’s farm was great! James met me at the mailbox to show me around. There were options for amenities like power and water hookups or primitive camping down by the creek - I chose the latter. It was quiet and secluded, which was perfect for me.

We loved staying on James’ property with our dog, Anya. Nothing better than taking a break from telemedicine advising and stepping outside to commune with cows, donkeys, goats, chickens and a big ole pig. Great property and great owner. What a lifestyle. Thank You James!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, our daughter’s college graduation, and Mother’s Day all in one trip! The site was clean, well-maintained, and had great proximity to the sewer hookup, which made things easy. Our host was excellent—communicative and helpful from start to finish. The kids loved spending time with the animals and exploring the farm, and when the rain cleared, the night sky was absolutely breathtaking. A perfect mix of peaceful, family-friendly, and memorable. We’d gladly return!

The farm was so fun! The cows, goats, and chickens were so cool to see. Our water line in our camper had went out, and we found out when we got to the spot. Fortunately, James had an outhouse available that was very clean and accessible. If/when we come back to Athens, we will definitely stay again!

James land was wonderful! We were able to choose where we set up our yurt tent and he allowed us to create our own fire ring. It was right by the stream and was so peaceful! We spent a day at Watson Mill Bridge State Park, such a beautiful place as well! We would recommend James’ land to anyone wanting to be in a more private location.

Absolutely amazing time! Eric the host was awesome! Stayed in contact the entire time! Gave us free roam of the property! Beautiful views of the river, bring your pole... fish were hitting hard! If you're tent camping they have 5 nice sanding and soft tent pads! A very quite and untouched place! We did hear the train but it wasnt not a big deal at all!! Left feeling like I met a new friend!

This was our second stay at Fenn Farm and it was wonderful both times. James is super friendly and helpful. The location is great. Close to Athens and there are restaurants and a grocery store just a few minutes away. We loved Miss Piggy, the goats and the cows. We got several dozen eggs and they are delicious. The creek is pretty and it is a nice walk. Very quiet and relaxing setting. We look forward to our next trip!

Had a great time tent camping in the woods next to the farm! Loved seeing all of the farm animals. We set up near the creek and enjoyed the peacefulness and sound of the water running. Stars were beautiful at night! Would love to return in the summer.
