I live on the property and I have two horses, Koda And Lacey ,one dog Uschi And a Cockatiel named Cowboy. The horses have free roam of the property, and there will be manure on the property. It will be cleaned up regularly.
The business Amazing Tails doggy daycare & Boarding is also located on the property. I only take care of 6 to 8 dogs at a time. If you have a dog, you’re welcome to use the facility.
You will be given the combination to the gate once you are a member of our family. Use the code to enter and exit the property.
The monthly fees include 50 amp electric and municipal water. A septic tank is on the property and an RV wastewater tote will be provided for your use. Gray water can be run on the ground do not release sewer water on the ground Releasing sewer water on the ground will result in immediate eviction.
Campsites must be free of litter and trash. All items must be removed or disposed of upon your departure.
No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval
Quiet time is from 9 PM to 9 AM. This is a quiet, peaceful community, and we asked that you observe the quiet hours.
There is a washer and dryer on the property.
There are only 2 sites on the lake filled with ducks, cranes, Blue herons and 3 turtles. And before you ask, there are No Allegators!! No, why is that wrong?
You’ll be in the country yet close to all the modern conveniences and the beaches!
