Lake Placid is only 40 min, Vero Beach is only 1 hr, and Melbourne is 1 hr 30 min. All of the listed locations offer great opportunities for fishing, hunting, swimming, and beach hangouts. Each of the sites allows for watching the mini livestock, sitting around a communal campfire, hanging out at the watering hole, and having coffee or cocktails on the Mary Celeste! Our favorite things about our property are privacy, amenities, and all of the roaming mini livestock throughout the property! Your hosts do not live onsite however, will be available to you during your visit. We are friendly and as non-invasive as we can be. We do love meeting our guests and are available for any questions that come up. Our primary purpose when developing this property was to create a safe space for children with special needs and their families. We are a no judgment zone and adhere to Hipcamp's inclusion policy. About the listing This listing is for a day trip, or a back-to-your-roots, overnight tent camping trip. Guests will choose their location after a tour of the property. We have various locations with AC for the hot summer days and bug-free dining throughout the property. We allow a maximum of 2 tents and 7 people per overnight stay.

The perfect central Florida location! This quaint campsite is located on a two acre property in the highly sought after Narcoossee Road corridor and minutes from Lake Nona Medical City. Excellent location for traveling nurses, medical students or families seeking a thrill at one of our major theme parks. We are located on a deadend road with minimal traffic and seperated from the neighboring property with plenty of bamboo for privacy. Just outside your coach door you will enjoy a view of our acre pond stocked with plenty of fish. The community firepit is a relaxing area to soak up the sun or socialize with others. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within four miles. All accessable via bicycle on marked bike paths if that is your preferred method of travel. All our sites have 30&50amp electrical service and water, NO SEWER.

We are on .33 acres in a small neighborhood off of US 1 in the city of Palm Bay. We have room for a rv or campervan. We NOW have 30 amp plug in and water. No bathroom at this time(but coming soon). We are 5 mins to Indialantic beach and .5 mile to the Indian river(great fishing). We are located 1 mile south of Historic Melbourne Village with plenty of shops and dining options. Be a tourist, live like a local.
