You'll find much to do; fish on the piers at the waterfront park just a mile away where one could do some dolphin and manatee watching, picnic, or just watch boats sail by. Walk or bike the miles of sidewalks and the pink sand coquina beaches. Washington Oaks State Park is nearby. Close enough, yet far away from over- run tourist destinations, such as Daytona Beach (30 min), St. Augustine(30 min) and Orlando 1 1/2 hr.

Only a 1/2 hour scenic coastal drive to both St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. There are no hookups but there is indoor master bathroom. There is access to a hose and an exterior 120 v outlet . There is a separate outside seating area as well. Access to a washer and dryer.
