Rennigers Antique Center is located right up the street (less than 5 minutes away) for some great picking. We are conveniently close to the Central Florida Attractions and the beach on both east and west coasts within an hour drivep. A few Campers favorite places to visit are Mount Dora Bike Trail - 2.6 miles, Kelly Park - 11 miles and Kings Landing 12 miles from farm. We offer youth day camps on various dates, pony rides and a tour of our farm animals for an additional fee. Reservations required in advance due to the other activities we have going on. In 2007, we had no idea where this adventure was going to take us. Our small urban farm was sharing our miniature animals with assisted living facilities and Neulife, where we have 3 miniature horses that live on their property. Little by little we have evolved into more of a need to share with the community and help others with the relaxing qualities our farm and animals have to offer, we want to be able to share and better educate with hands on experiences, teach kindness, patience, confidence and help others to be the best they can be. We loved staying here. Mike and Rob were very fast with communication, the were very pleasant and so were all their staff. The sites all looked very nice. We stayed in the hobbit hole. Nice secluded flat spot with fire ring, an picnic table. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. They truly go above and beyond here and it’s easy to see why they’re top rated. 5/5 from us and we’d stay here again!

First of all, congrats to Rob and Mike on receiving the Best Hipcamp award for 2025! If anyone deserves it, it is them! My third visit here, and as always...it was amazing! Rob and Mike are the greatest hosts! They are so accommodating, super nice, and keep such great care of the property. Bathrooms and showers are always very clean. I just love the animals there, especially the horses and donkeys! I came this time to do some kayaking. So many awesome places nearby. My 9-year-old granddaughter usually comes with me but unfortunately, she had school. We feel so safe camping at this ranch! This is undoubtedly our favorite place to camp and will be coming back as much as possible!

First off, Rob and Mike are amazing hosts! They went above and beyond with their ranch for the animals and the camping side of the property! There is so much thought that went into this camp site, from small details to large details you can feel the love they put into everything so their guests can enjoy camping but also be given the glamping experience with the bathroom with operational plumbing, heated showers, soaps, shampoos, clean towels, kitchen stocked with hot coco, coffee and automatic lights that light up as you approach the bathroom / kitchen area. The property is so large and there are many camp sites from covered car ports for rvs, campers to tent sites and open sites for rvs and campers. Rob and Mike gave us a tour of the ranch and introduced us to the farm animals the day we were leaving, took time out of their day refreshing the camp sites to accommodate us before we left. The only downside here was that we only booked a single night, we wish we had more time to stay and explore the ranch and the area. I cannot recommend Lucky U Ranch enough, my wife and I will definitely be back and stay longer so we can enjoy the property, trails and the free ranging animals that come visit your campsite. Thank you Rob and Mike, we see the passion the both of you put into everything on lucky u ranch! Hope to see you again soon!

Rob and Mike were exceptional hosts. Their property is large, quiet, and a great sample of "old Florida." We made a point of checking out all of the camp sites. All were quiet, private, and in a beautiful setting. The ranch animals were abundant, fun, and friendly. We would highly recommend the LuckyUranch... This place is absolutely fantastic. The campsites are so well maintained, the scenery is incredible & Paul is the best (make sure you get to hear one of his jokes after you check in). There are beautiful longhorns roaming around the campsites and goats in a pen you can go feed. Oh and the bathrooms? Impeccable. So clean and very nice. Truly cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back!!!

This was our second time at North Shore Relic Ranch, and it’s officially our happy place. There’s something magical about this spot — a mix of country calm, animal chaos, and the kind of hospitality that feels like coming home. James, the host, is the real deal. A solid Army vet, honest as the day is long, and just one of those guys you instantly trust. He takes time to show you around, chat about life, and make sure everything’s perfect — even if Tom the Turkey tries to steal the spotlight (again). Speaking of Tom, that bird is on permanent patrol. We brought him a fresh split cantaloupe, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite. He strutted around like a feathery sheriff making his rounds. And the best part? They’ve got “Butt Nuggets” — yep, farm-fresh chicken eggs with a name that guarantees a smile every breakfast. We fed the animals, watched the sun go down, breathed clean air, and remembered what peace actually feels like. This place is therapy with hooves and feathers. Already planning our third visit — because once you meet Tom and James, you’re basically part of the ranch family.

This was our second time staying at North Shore Relic Ranch, and somehow it just keeps getting better. We love coming back to feed the animals, soak in the peace of the countryside, and just slow down for a bit. James, our host, is an absolute gem — a humble and trustworthy Army vet who goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his guests and his animals. Speaking of animals — Tom the Turkey was on full patrol again, strutting his stuff like he owns the place (which, honestly, he probably does). We brought him some fresh split cantaloupe, and he was very appreciative. Don’t leave without grabbing a few of their “Butt Nuggets” (aka fresh chicken eggs). They’re delicious, and buying them is just part of the fun charm that makes this place feel like home. If you want a stay that’s equal parts relaxing, quirky, and heartwarming — this is it. Already counting down the days till our next visit.

A few Campers favorite places to visit are Mount Dora Bike Trail - 2.6 miles, Kelly Park - 11 miles and Kings Landing 12 miles from farm. We offer youth day camps on various dates, pony rides and a tour of our farm animals for an additional fee. Reservations required in advance due to the other activities we have going on. In 2007, we had no idea where this adventure was going to take us. Our small urban farm was sharing our miniature animals with assisted living facilities and Neulife, where we have 3 miniature horses that live on their property. Little by little we have evolved into more of a need to share with the community and help others with the relaxing qualities our farm and animals have to offer, we want to be able to share and better educate with hands on experiences, teach kindness, patience, confidence and help others to be the best they can be.
