Great communication, friendly hosts. Perfect fire pit. Easy to get to, right off highway pretty much. We used it as an overnight stop. You can hear the h8ghwa6 sounds but it's muffled and we couldn't hear feom inside our van. Field very open, so if in high summer would be warm but perfect for a fall overnight. Would use again.

Incredible experience with kids. What Yana and husband created on their property is a must to experience if you have kids. Just book it and make sure to ask for whatever you need, because it's all ala carte. Humble, lower tier glamping, but makes up in atmosphere and amenities for kids and interaction with the animals. 10/10 would stay again.

Molly was very responsive and a pleasant host. Due to a miscommunication we were not at the orchard site so I can’t comment on that, we were at a big open field site. There was plenty of room and Molly provided wood and water and stumps to sit on by the fire. We were very happy about the orchard popup there in the morning to get cider and apple donuts! Very fun stop on pur bike packing trip through Westchester.

I love the Peconic River Campground. It's very quiet, peaceful, and the grounds are beautiful. The Peconic River / Forge Pond access from the property is picturesque. I love kayaking there, too. Each site has a picnic table, fire pit, and chairs. Tyler comes around daily to see if you need firewood. It's very low key, simple, and the port-a-potties were clean. It's all you need, nothing more, nothing less. I'll be back. I recommend it.

This is also an ideal space to relax and work remotely, as it has an independent antenna to provide internet access to the entire unit and all the electronic equipment you need. I will ensure the unit is delivered to you with all its accessories in working order so you won't have any problems. I always suggest guests ask any necessary questions so they can use it without any issues. On the day of arrival, you will receive another message to refresh your knowledge of how to use the campervan. Close to the beach and sand, the city offers activities nearby so you won't have to go far to enjoy them.
