Other attractions include local farmers markets, Gilette's Castle, and the famous River Ferry crossing the Connecticut River with a vehicle across to East Haddam. We offer an hot H2O outdoor shower here for the comfort of out clients here. It is located on the back of main house in corner. See map in photos. We cannot allow any wood for camp fires to be brought in form the outside for environmental reasons. It can be pre-purchased for $12 per bundle on this site, or $10.00 cash here at farm. Farm Fresh eggs daily when available for $4.00 per 1/2 dozen. There are blankets and pillows are provided, but not linens for cabin or trailer sites. Garbage removal is available as well $5 per bag provided.

It was then used as a thoroughbred stud farm and now by us as a working equestrian facility.Learn more about this land:2000 square-foot two bedroom one bath clean contemporary loft space on working Hunter Jumper equestrian facility. We are located in bucolic Dutchess County which is 90 miles due north of New York City. There are numerous activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Biking, hiking, fishing, skeet, trap, pheasant and duck, hunting are all available in the area. The farm itself is located on one of the most scenic dirt roads in the area. We are very close to a number of prep schools like the Millbrook school, the Hotchkiss school, and the Kent school. Closest major airport is Albany, NY. JFK, La Guardia and Newark airports are 2 hrs. from the farm. We would also be open to guests setting up tents for special occasions but as we are a working horse farm availability may be limited.
