Colchester 670 old hartford rd a 45 Acre farm with 4500 ft of frontage on the Airline Trail. 2500 ft of frontage on Jeremy River. Very private. Lots of nature and wildlife. Large fields to camp in or camp by the river. The river will have to be accessed by foot from a cart path and would be tent camping only there. there are landmark sticks leading to Judd Brook and more leading all the way to Jeremy River it's a mile hike to Jeremy River. there's an old campsite there but you have to walk to get there not accessible by vehicle. Bring your bicycles and ride the scenic Airline Trail access trail from Old Hartford Rd entrance. Enjoy stunning sunsets and starlit nights. Gravel pit and quarry is strictly off limits. Do not enter that area or you will be asked to leave.

Other attractions include local farmers markets, Gilette's Castle, and the famous River Ferry crossing the Connecticut River with a vehicle across to East Haddam. We offer an hot H2O outdoor shower here for the comfort of out clients here. It is located on the back of main house in corner. See map in photos. We cannot allow any wood for camp fires to be brought in form the outside for environmental reasons. It can be pre-purchased for $12 per bundle on this site, or $10.00 cash here at farm.
