This is bear country, and while we've never had an incident, they are curious little guys. - No Kitchen. bring your own supplies if you'd like to cook in the fire pit. - Bring your own wood for the fire pit. The SpaBarn is a serene gathering space next to Rock Creek with a spring-fed cedar hot tub and plenty of room for group activities, from yoga, meditation or just lounging by the river. This stunning property boasts calming, artistic expression throughout the intimate indoor and outdoor living areas. The rustic cabin feel throughout provides a nature sanctuary for quiet reflection as well as a base for adventurous outings in Rocky Mountain National Park. We are at the southern tip of Rocky Mountain National Park, just south of Longs Peak and the Wild Basin entrance to the park. We have multiple access points to the park that are more off the beaten path than the crowded trails around Estes Park. We also have other local trails that are outside the park and equally magnificent. Ferncliff is located 3 miles from the St. Vrain mountain trailhead, 6 miles from the Wild Basin trailhead, and 9 miles to the Longs Peak trailhead. Lastly, we're 10 miles from a local hidden gem called Ceran Saint Vrain trailhead.
