We offer a parking spot at night to have a quick safe place to stay. We do not allow the camper to stay multiple continuous days without leaving as you must leave during the day time, but are welcome to return at night. ---shower is only available if our office is open when you arrive----- ---We sometimes have Buses leaving or returning to our facility late at night, so just know you might hear a large bus pulling in late at night. ---PLEASE DO NOT block our Iron Gate with the H on it, or stick out into the entrance of the facility. If you stick out too far, you need to park North to South , which is parallel to the wood fence with the customer parking signs on it. You can block the handicap signs also if needed. You are also welcome to park in between the building and the front garden bed area as well if you prefer. The ground is not too level there, so you will need to level your rv. Here is a little bit about us! We rent motorhomes, camper vans, travel trailers, Paddleboards, and party buses! We are a perfect fit for hip camping because we are right across the street from Red Rocks Open Space, 5 min away from Garden of the Gods, and right off of HWY24 to head deeper into the Rockies! We are a full service RV facility, so we have mechanics on site if you need your rig looked at also! We are all camper van folks and know the struggle of not being able to find a safe spot.

The main level couch will fold down and become another bed platform. We provide a CordaRoys transformable chair, that unzips and becomes the bed topper (plus extra sheets, blankets and pillows). Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Cabana room in the "pop-up" tent and cots! We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill, and propane griddle. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Nature's Head composting toilet... (a little tutorial is needed) a sink and a trough step-in tub/shower with rain head. Wifi- Roku on inside TV as well or just the calm of beautiful nature! Every detail was thought of. A MUST-TRY EXPERIENCE! *Absolutely NO candles or open fires, please!! There is a propane firepit. Maximum of 2 dogs. $40 per dog. Additional rules apply for dog guests and must be cleared with the host prior. Please pick up after your dogs, there are poo-poo bags provided in Treehouse. Please do not leave the dogs unattended EVER in the treehouse, on the deck. Please use dog kennel if needed. Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Cabana room in the "pop-up" tent and cots! We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill, and propane griddle. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Nature's Head composting toilet... (a little tutorial is needed) a sink and a trough step-in tub/shower with rain head. Wifi- Roku on inside TV as well or just the calm of beautiful nature! Every detail was thought of. A MUST-TRY EXPERIENCE! *Absolutely NO candles or open fires, please!! There is a propane firepit. Maximum of 2 dogs. $40 per dog. If you like to shoot arrows bring your bow! The terrain is rocky so, we highly recommend to keep your eyes on your small kids as well as when they are on the lofts, for security reasons. Reiki healing sessions are available upon request as well as Reiki training by a Certified Reiki Master. Smoking is permitted outside when not under a fire ban. Hipcamper under 21 years old are welcome only under adult supervision. We recommend to bring your own towels and a flashlight since our lodging has an out side toilet. This was a great stop on my best friend reunion tour! We opted for a cabin and it was a cute, warm, clean and cozy little place. You don't have your own bathroom and have to walk to the common building for stalls and showers, but that was ok- it was clean and not too far away from the cabin. Be sure to peek in to the vintage "RV museum"- 3 restored RVs that are retro outfitted and fun to explore. The woman manning the check in/shop was super friendly and gave good recommendations for places in Cañon City, which is about 15 mins away. We were also pleased to be a short walk from the Gold Mine gem shop, full of beautiful things! In October the area is out of season, so it was pretty quiet, and we were happy with that! I would recommend Starlite for a welcoming glamping experience.

This Magical Treehouse and land were everything my family needed and more!! We could not have asked for a more pleasant and peaceful retreat! Marni gave us a rundown of the facilities, and we couldn't have imagined a better stay. From the whimsical hand-crafted beauty of the actual treehouse around "Pal", to the amenities (including games/fun, cooking utilities/supplies, Wi-Fi/TV accommodations and plenty of warmth and cozy blankets and pillows, even full working bathroom facilities), down to the quiet starlit nights including a fire pit on the patio to keep warm while star-gazing! My son especially loved visiting and interacting with the extremely affectionate and friendly free roaming animals we got to interact with and became especially fond of, even giving our own little names to each, as they greeted us kindly several times each day. Only complaint was that we couldn't afford a longer stay!.. as each of us were sad to leave and say goodbye to the relaxing and intimate natured feel of the place, and our very welcoming and accommodating hosts. We felt secure even in the peaceful darkness around us knowing the host's dogs were looking out for us into the night. We will definitely be returning next season for a longer stay if welcomed, as Marni/Frank were on call for any questions or needs, we had throughout the stay, and were exceptionally kind to us as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience to get us "away from it all" and the delight of bringing nature closer! XOX
