Grey Oaks is located on 20 acres of land, with multiple interesting and cool landscape features, hot water shower, and animals up by the house (1/4 mile from the campsites) that you can interact with during your stay here. ( 2 pasture horses, 1 Donkey, 2 friendly dogs, and 1 awesome cat). At the campsites, we have picnic tables, fire pits, bbqs, ice chests on request, and more. A clean and fresh well water hand/dishwashing station and two outhouses are conveniently located to the campsites. We provide one hot water shower and there are 3 outhouse style toilets on the grounds. There is NO running water at the sites so we suggest you bring your own drinking water. There will be limited water provided for hand/dish washing. We are a pack it in/pack it out campground so please, be mindful of waste as we ask that you take it out with you. Eucalyptus, oak, and/or pine firewood is provided free for you during your stay with us. It really is a beautiful and wonderful property. There is wildlife, and it is private and peaceful. It is very dark at night and the view of the stars, moon, and planets is amazing. There is poison oak on the property so please be aware. So peaceful! I'd love to see it in spring when the almonds are blooming. All I could hear was cows mooing in the distance and one coyote howl. It was a great stopover for a couple nights. To find it, you turn right onto a small gravel drive off of Crocker. If you get to W. Undine you've gone too far. The pad is covered in largish chunks of recycled concrete. My car and little camper handled it fine, though. There is water, 30A & 50A power and sewer. Bring drinking water, because even with an inline filter the water came out rusty. If you get a chance, stop by the office and pick up some raw walnuts and excellent biscotti.

My wife and I stayed for about 4 months, we loved it. Jaqueline was very friendly and they have the best pecans and walnuts that you can purchase! The only problem was the rocks and our pets feet. But we worked around that and they eventually got use to it. Water and electric hookups came in handy. I hope to stay again!

My partner and I loved staying at Cole’s Ranch! Barry is extremely hospitable and organized. All of the amenities he provides were also super clean; we really appreciated the clean bathroom and kitchen area. Highly recommend the tour he provides as well! We ended up booking the hay ride and cow/calf experience and all of their cows were friendly and loved being pet. We’re definitely going to come back again next time!

The RV sites are well laid out, spacious, and flat, next to a lovely pomegranate orchard and near a pleasant river. Barry was extremely friendly and helpful, greeting us when we got there and showing us around the amenities. The boats available for use were great, and the kitchen area provided a place with hot water on demand to do dishes so we didn’t have to heat it up on our stove. My only regret was not bringing fishing gear along; maybe next time, since we will definitely keep this on our list of places to come back to.

A very peaceful and quiet location just outside of Morgan Hill. Kind of the ideal place for a quick getaway. We stayed there in our fifth wheel RV and Brian was an excellent host, always very friendly and made sure that we felt welcome. And an absolute plus to being here was being able to hang out with the Highland cow Dually!

The camping spot is nice and secluded. All amenities listed were present, and the site was clean. The animals were friendly as advertised, and my family especially enjoyed hanging out with Luna. The walk down to the lake is very steep, and it was too hot to make it worth our while due to a heatwave, but Jeremy did give us lots of great ideas for places to go nearby, including several spots in Murphys. Jeremy is very kind. Make sure to follow the host's directions for getting to the property as well as getting to the site, as they are incredibly helpful.

We loved Heather and Ed’s wonderful property! We did so many fun things: water gunfights, kayaking, swimming, cowboys training (ax throwing and roping cow), and stargazing. And that was only the first day! On the second day we went on a five-hour kayaking trip with Ed’s help. Truly amazing experiences. We fell in the river at least three times but it was great fun. Already recommended your place to one of our Boy Scout leaders. We will definitely come back again. :-)
