We live on a quiet 10 acre property with trees that provide some shade, and all of our sites are near the horse pastures. You might hear horses nickering and chickens clucking. There is lots of room to walk or run around. A Treehouse is available for kids to play in, a trampoline to jump on, plus we have a 17 foot high swing for kids and adults alike! You can walk the property to observe the horses, or sign up for a special horse, tractor, or welding experience. Come camp in a very quiet and safe horse and farming area. We are near the end of a dead-end road. Our camping sites are somewhat private, some with more shade and others with more mid-day sun. We specialize in "Horse Experiences" tailored to your level of comfort and needs. None of the horse experiences listed on our site require any prior experience with horses. We will make sure you are safe and comfortable while working with the horses. *NOTE: Experiences are not available on Sundays (our sabbath day). We can fit them in on Saturday afternoon/evening for Saturday-night campers, or Monday morning for Sunday-night campers. We have a private bathroom with flush toilet and sink. For cyclists, there is a 32-mile long bicycle path at Beals Point that connects Folsom Lake with many Sacramento County parks before reaching Old Sacramento. The park also includes Lake Natoma, downstream from Folsom Lake, which is popular for crew races, sailing, kayaking and other aquatic sports. At both locations, you will stay in 16ft deluxe tents. Each tent has 2 full beds in them. At Beals Point we offer "Luxury" Glamping with real furniture, cozy bedding, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing and fun filled stay for up to 8 people (AT BEALS POINT ONLY!). Overview

Isleton is an easygoing town on the California Delta that is surrounded by recreational opportunities, including fishing, boating, birdwatching, and—you guessed it—RV camping on the San Joaquin and Sacramento rivers. The Isleton area has a host of RV parks and campsites with amenities such as full hookups, wifi, and hot showers full hookups and wifi to choose from. The local Brannan Island State Recreation Area campground is another great choice for RV campers, as campsites include water and electric hookups, picnic tables, fire rings, and restrooms. The nearby Sherman Island County Park, popular among salmon fishers and windsurfers, also has an RV campground. East of the Bay Area and south of Sacramento, Isleton also makes for a relaxing layover for RV road trips eastward to Yosemite National Park or the Stanislaus National Forest.
