Beautiful wooded lot with privacy. Wonderful deck overlooking Rock Canyon Hiking Trail. Three driveways coming in the front and one back driveway. Lots of parking. Only a 5 minute walk down to the lake and swim beach. Horseshoe pit, outdoor basketball hoop, indoor basketball arcade, Connect 4, Cornhole, lawn dice, and outdoor giant Jenga. Two children's playgrounds, and tennis courts are only a 5 minute walk. Fisherman's Cove for fishing and picnicking is only a 7 minute walk from the house. Only 25 miles to the Yosemite Gate!

Deer and turkey sightings occur frequently, and hiking trails are located on this 10-acre wooded property. Two seasonal creeks also located on the property which are still flowing this June. There is also an Airbnb cabin located on this wooded property about 100 yards uphill from the camp. The site is centrally located about between Oakhurst and Bass Lake about 10 to 15 minutes away from either location. The south entrance of Yosemite National Park is about 30 minutes away.
