Our most popular pitch is our beautiful SSSI woodland.
There are only 25 pitches available. We have a mid wild pitch on the outskirts of the woods, lovely grassed area between trees. Our top field is perfect for motorhomes & caravans.
Plenty of space to breath and relax. Located on the stunning heathlands of the Sutton Heath. We are surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, including the Sandlings walk and just 10 minutes from the river Deben.
We have a bus stop at the top of the track and Melton train station is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. There are access points onto public footpaths, leading to Rendlesham Forest. A famous site for UFOs! Sutton Hoo is a stone's throw away. Bring your bikes and explore the area on wheels.
There is water access and portaloos. We do not have showers yet. Blue/grey waste must be taken away. LEAVE NO TRACE

Set on a traditional family-run farm in rural Norfolk, Snettisham Meadows is on the outskirts of the pretty village of Snettisham and short drive away from North Norfolk's beautiful white sandy beaches.
Animal-mad campers, form an orderly queue please, as this 329-acre farm has several attractions up its sleeve for you, including meet-and-greets with pigs and ponies, lamb feeding in spring and deer safaris. There’s also a dog paddock for rent so four-legged companions can have a frisk around, and an area on the camping field is reserved for guests with dogs.
Campfires and barbecues are permitted and you can borrow firepits from the site owners. Logs are also available to buy. The site is only 10 minutes’ walk from a village pub if you fancy a change of scenery.
After a fun-filled day exploring this lovely part of Norfolk, come back to your pitch and keep your fingers crossed for clear skies and some serious stargazing.

The campsite lies within seventeen acres on the slope of The Kent Downs, a designated area of natural beauty.
The Alma ale house at the edge of the farm serves Shepherds Neame and hot meals all year round.
Two acre quiet cherry orchard site based around a Tudor Manor house 1547 that gives its name to our village. Surrounded by orchards and open countryside but within easy reach of Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury. Pitches for tents, campervans, motorhomes and touring caravans with or without electric hook up on a level grassy site. Pets are welcome and a crew member is always around the reception or farm to help out.
The Campsite is open from 1st march until 31st October.
The local area is awash with things to do. Faversham once the busiest port in 17th century England for its wool trade has the longest complete medieval street in the country. A wealth of little shops, cafes and pubs as well as the country’s oldest family owned brewery Shepherd Neame.
Whitstable sitting just along the coast, famed for its Oysters and Sunsets is a fun beachside community bustling in the summer months and hauntingly bleak in the winter ones. The World Heritage sites of Canterbury are just a fifteen minute trip away with all its well documented history and plentiful shops and eateries.

When you stay at Hunstanton Camping and Glamping with mYminiBreak you are conveniently located to explore the beach and its surrounding areas. Between the venue and the beach, you will find the entrance to a public footpath that takes you to Snettisham, a smaller and history-rich village through scenic rural countryside. It is also possible to walk to Hunstanton in the opposite direction along the promenade whilst enjoying the sea air and open views. Our campsite is one of only a handful of campsites located on the west coast of Norfolk and just a 2-minute walk from the beach gives us a prime location for watching the sunset go down in all its spectacular deep orange and red glory. Local shops only 5 minutes down the road takes a load off your mind knowing that if you forget any supplies you don't have to go without, making your experience while camping in Hunstanton a relaxed and fun time.
We are a rural former dairy farm by the beach, there are free-ranging chickens and cockerels and they may make farmyard sounds, if you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs :)
GLAMPERS PLEASE NOTE
The Glamping Kitchenette is suitable for making small quick meals with the use of a microwave, oven & stove for cooking and grilling and a toaster and kettle, there is also a fridge provided.
Showers and toilets are shared with the campsite with the exception of gas powered outside showers that are solely for glampers.
We are a VERY dog-friendly venue, we welcome dogs and muddy boots and host many hikers and explorers of the Norfolk Coast, although every care has been taken to ensure very clean accommodation, it is possible that a dog hair or 2 escapes our conscientious eye, please bear this in mind and let us know should you find anything you are not happy with, we will get our housekeeping team to deal with the issue swiftly!
Please note that the Glamping Bell Tents and Glamping Shepherds Huts are for 2 adults only with the exception of 1 Adult and 1 Child with prior consent from us, they are not suitable for under 2's and do not come with facilities for children or babies. Dogs are charged at £10 per dog per stay with a max of 3 dogs for Glamping and £3 per night per dog for Camping

Update we allow cars ad camper and! This land has a special energy. Set in the valley with the hillside gives 360 degrees view of natural landscape. Wethersfield Eco Project is the historic parkland of Wethersfield Manor. Veteren Oaks and Sequoia Grace the woodland hillside with badgers and foxes in the sandy hills, buzzards and kites soaring the thermals and micro pigs grazing the wildflower meadow and wallowing in the ponds full of dragonfly and newts. Natural spring water issues from underground and was pumped by hand up the hill to the Manor House in victorian times by hand as their drinking water. More recently this high quality water was diverted into fish stock ponds and now is tapped as the finest fresh water for water ceremonies bathing therapy and herbal preparations.
Great space for a family or romantic getaway or larger group party.
Bring your sound system and have your own party or event.
Music must be lower after 11pm as houses are 500metres away.

Overview
Situated on the East Anglian fens’ highest land (at an elevation of 85 feet!), Ely is arranged around a stunning cathedral while its pancake-flat surrounding landscapes are scored by waterways, many the result of drainage to create today’s fertile farmland. These flatlands ensure abundant easy walking and cycling, plus plentiful campsites—Ely’s best camping is on riverside meadows just to the northeast. Outdoor lovers can get especially excited by boating on the River Great Ouse and by the vast nearby Thetford Forest.
Where to go
River Great Ouse
The UK’s fifth-longest river flows right by Ely and is the city’s go-to outdoor playground. For boaters, the draw is the Ely marina and a waterway navigable from Bedford all the way to the coast at King’s Lynn in Norfolk. Walkers, meanwhile, relish long-distance paths like the Ouse Valley Way: via the Great Ouse and the River Cam’s riverbanks you can walk or cycle off-road to Cambridge. Look out for riverside camping in wildflower meadows a few miles northeast of Ely.
Thetford Forest
Thetford Forest (together with The King’s Forest to its south) spills over the flat heathland of North Suffolk and South Norfolk, 18 miles east of Ely. Here are well-maintained hiking and biking routes, including the Icknield Way, supposedly Britain’s oldest road. There are also prehistoric sites like Grime’s Graves flint mine (in the forest’s north). Thetford Forest’s northern edge, above Ickborough, contains two good campsites.
The Kings Forest
Divided from Thetford Forest only by a brief break of farmland, the King’s Forest is another arboreal wonderland. The long-distance Icknield Way trail passes through, while a reconstructed Anglo-Saxon village sits by West Stow Country Park in the south. Check out the trio of excellent camping possibilities toward the forest’s south, which is bounded by the delightful River Lark.
River Lark
The River Lark meanders to Isleham from its confluence with the Great River Ouse before continuing upstream to Bury St Edmunds and beyond. Navigable for about 10 miles until Jude’s Ferry between Isleham’s marina and Mildenhall, the waterway sees plenty of pleasure boaters. Footpaths flank the river as far as Mildenhall, and there are several waterside campsites nearby.
When to go
Ely can be explored any time of year, but the busiest time for camping is during the July and August school summer holidays, when parking can be hard to come by, especially at hotspots like Thetford Forest. Average monthly temperatures max out at 23°C at this time. One of Britain’s leading folk music extravaganzas, Ely Folk Festival, marks July as an especially lively time to visit.
