Summerhill Farm

The cabin on 60 acres, shared with our main house nearby.  There are apple trees and a trail into the woods.  We are also near a boat launch onto Gawas Bay.  We are close to cycling routes and about 5 minutes from the village of Hilton Beach and 10 minutes from Richards Landing.  We are located about 7 minutes from the bridge onto St Joseph Island.

Downtown Leeburn

In 1903 the Presbyterians of the farming town of Leeburn, ON built a beautiful church on the main street. Today, the town has only 5 residents and only four addresses.  The church is now the last building on the left as you travel east on hwy. 638. 

The old church was purchased by its current owner in 2014 and is now extensively renovated to include kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower), covered back deck and interior balcony.

Enjoy the best of both worlds with this forested campsite that is close to the beach! Our land is about 5 minutes from Batchawana Bay Provincial Park. This sandy beach park is located on Lake Superior and is perfect for families as the waters are warm and shallow. While in the area you can also try fishing and canoeing in the nearby river. Be sure to also check out Chippewa Falls and the Edmund Fitzgerald lookout.Choose from 5 different sites that are very private. There is plenty of natural tree canopy and you will have nature all around. Just across the property, you will find Lake Superior with the best beach around. Please note that quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or generators, no cutting down trees or bush.Pets are welcome (please keep them on a leash and pick up after them) Campfires are permitted. Newly constructed outhouses!

Grandma's Cabin - Lake and Fishing

Learn more about this land:Enjoy hiking, swimming, canoeing, and fishing! There are many places to hike and plenty of beautiful lakes in the area to explore. Or, you can just relax on the provided deck or around the campfire with s'mores!This spot is great for the whole family. The cabin features one double bed and plenty of room to bring an air mattress. We have a canoe and paddleboard available for use. Firewood provided.Campfires are permitted and pets are welcome.

Batchawana Beach Paradise

The property sits along a well maintained lazy road, There is a driveway and a cleared area for parking an RV.  Directly across the road about 100 meters away from the trailer is a public sand beach.  Set up shop on the beautiful sand then meander down the beach and hunt for beach glass and some other treasures that have washed ashore.  The view is amazing and the water is welcoming,

7 minutes from the little local grocery store and Gas bar (and home of the best apple fritter you've ever had)

15 minutes from Pancake Pay Provincial Park 

45 minutes from Sault Ste. Marie

Sault Ste Marie 12 Mile Rd Campsite

This is a rustic campsite without facilities or electricity.  This property borders the South Charlotte River.  It is in a very private location.  You can drive into the camping areas.  We are located 12 miles south of Sault Ste Marie just off of M-129.

The property is for both tent camping and a parking place for RVs.  There is a path you can drive on on the left 100ft from the road.  You can set up anywhere along the cut grass area.  There will be two white chairs and a small camp porta potty available for your use.

There is a cut walking trail that forms a loop on the property.
