THE PERFECT RETREAT FOR YOUR FAMILY OR SMALL GROUP Bella-Laguna is a private 10-acre property which lies next to a gorgeous lagoon and close to the river Murray. Enjoy the great views of the lagoon frontage and property wetland with its abundance of wildlife and vegetation. With our resident family of Kangaroos, many species of birds such as pelicans, ducks, parrots and swallows (just to name a few) you will witness first-hand the beauty of what this region has to offer. To fill your days there is a track for walkers and cyclists between the lagoon and the end of the property. The lagoon frontage provides access to our inflatable pontoon for launching your own kayak or tinny on the water to view more of the serene surroundings. Take a stroll over the property where you will also see diverse vegetation at a much closer range. This property is set apart by providing access to the full 10 acres where you can choose a location and paint your next masterpiece, write the next best seller or just sit, relax and unwind. Imagine sitting under the stars in front of your own firepit (subject to usual regulations) at the end of the day and enjoying a chilled glass of your favourite beverage amongst this beautiful naturally inspiring setting. Options for camping include near lagoon frontage and top of the property where you can park your vehicle, RV, caravan, pitch a tent or set a swag. Property amenities are located next to the camp kitchen only and consist of a toilet and shower with hot and cold water. The camp kitchen provides electrical outlets, hot and cold rainwater (potable), oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Pets are welcome on or off lead as the property is fenced, however you must ensure they present no danger to our resident wildlife. Dispersed sites means there are several sites where you can camp ; 3 good sites by the lagoon with fire pits There is no power or toilets at the lagoon however the amenities are at the camp kitchen near the entrance to the property. You can camp by the kitchen where there is lawn and all the amenities. You will need to bring your own firewood for the fire pits. The fallen branches and timber that lie naturally on the property are not to be used for firewood. We can provide firewood in bags of 15 kilos for $18 if pre requested However the local hardware store in Barmera and some service stations also sell bags of wood for burning. Riverland towns in the area include Kingston on Murray and being very close by, not only boasts a beautiful lawned area with boat launching facilities to the Murray River but also home to Kingston Estate Winery and is located a short drive from Banrock Station. For supplies, the town of Barmera with its variety of local shops, hospitality options and being home to Lake Bonney is just a short 10 min drive away. Waikerie, Berri, Renmark and Loxton also offer gateways to a variety of other local wineries and produce found in the Riverland. This is a pristine property with some wetlands on the property where there are abundant birds and wildlife, please remember this is their home! Pindari Park

Pindari Park is a beautiful 130 acre cliff top property that offers both North and South views of the River Murray. Situated on the western bank (cliff side) overlooking the most Northerly point of the river and the township of Cadell SA. Pindari means “From the high ground” from the aboriginal origin and was originally apart of the Nor’ West Bend Station (est. 1850) that stretched from Overland Corner to Burra. The Nor’ West Bend Station next door is now a heritage listed private residence. With Pindari Park’s scattered native trees, saltbush and mallee shrubs bringing an abundance of wildlife to the property, sit back, relax and enjoy the serenity. While you sit at the camps sites, enjoy watching the Cadell Ferry, appreciate birds and wildlife, or just enjoy the river boats on their journey up or down our mighty River Murray. You just might be able to catch one of the cruise boats or paddle steamers cruise past, make sure you give them a wave as they pass by. Pindari Park has many gravel roads and tracks to follow for taking a hike/walk, however, please note that this property is on a cliff, therefore it may not be suitable for young children and caution must be taken at all times. Each campsite has a fire pit area that can be used during May to October each year (fire ban period is November to April each year). If we are fully booked we will open up our cliff top fire pit near the cottage for all to enjoy (Contact Us Prior to booking). During October and November the cottage gardens are open to the public (Contact Us Prior for open days), with over 130 roses, many native trees and other plant varieties, you can wander around the gravel paths of our numerous our garden rooms and the orchard. Take a drive into to Morgan (9 kms) and visit the Old Wharf Port and the Landseers Museum or catch the Cadell Ferry and head across the river to visit the Spook Hill Winery or to use the local boat ramp. Notes: - Cliff-top property, may not be suitable for young children. Caution to be taken at all times. - NO River Access. - NO dumping of rubbish. - NO dumping of toilet waste, nearest dump points are located in Morgan and Cadell. - Pets/Dogs – must be on a lead at all times. - Nearest Boat Ramp – Cadell. - Cadell and Morgan both have fuel distributors and general stores.

The Riverland is an amazing place to visit, full of so many surprises! The variety in the landscape, from harsh limestone plains to beautiful rolling sandhills, to the beauty of the Murry River. There is so much wildlife to see especially when it comes to bird watching! And the area is full of history! In every town you will discover many historical facts and buildings, machines etc. We even have histroy right here on our property!-ruins of an old school. Oh, do I hear you love taking your horse out for trail rides? Well, here's the perfect place for that too! At the campsite - approx 2km away from the farmhouse - you have the privilege of being surrounded by natural scrublands and habitats on the plains. See our mallee, acacias, sugar woods, grevilleas, honeyeaters, wrens, finches, kangaroos, emus & more. And don't forget the stars!! Our night sky is amazing due to very low light interference. At times, wake up to the sounds of sheep bleating and drinking from the trough a few hundred meters away. We have a central campfire area for each site and a double sink connected to river water for washing up and a large prep area on sites 1 & 2. Also on site 1 & 2, just a short walk from the camp fire is an outdoor flushing toilet with hand basin-a luxury for a station stay! Often there are things happening on the farm. Feel welcome to ask if there is anything you can be a part of to add to your holiday experience! We may be moving sheep, shearing, crutching, fencing, feeding the farm animals, milking our house goats etc. Even come for a horse ride (further info in 'Extras")! Well behaved dogs are welcome, but please discuss this with us prior to booking and they must be on a lead at all time. Sites are family friendly.
