Guests are required to be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. You can base yourself on our property while making trips to nearby Mossman Gorge, Port Douglas, Daintree National Park, local beaches and other attractions. Hosts are happy to show campers around our market garden that we start cultivating after the wet season and usually continue until December - weather dependant. Our 150acre property has spectacular mountain views, as well as views to Port Douglas and the Coral Sea. There are small creeks on the property that attract birdlife and have a variety of freshwater fish and turtles in them. Nearby there are several larger creeks for cooling off, and properties with horses, cattle and sugarcane. We are a 15min drive to Mossman, the closest town, and 45mins south to Port Douglas or north to the Daintree township. You can take a shortcut to the road to Daintree via the WWII Japanese Miallo Bombing Memorial. Sorry, no pets.

Our property is suitable for a quiet, relaxing, nature lovers get away, 450m above sea level at the northern most end of the Atherton Tableland, offering an ideal relaxing climate.

Camping in a quiet, peaceful rural location with lots of space, at a small private vegetable market garden and hay farm. You can base yourself on our property while making trips to nearby Mossman Gorge, Port Douglas, Daintree National Park, local beaches and other attractions. We offer sites beside a vacant farm cottage and hay shed, or a choice of other areas around the farm. Campers have use of spacious, clean amenities with hot shower, toilet and vanity. In the drier months, from April to December, we bale our pasture, and grow mixed vegetables and flowers to supply our roadside market stall in Mossman on Wednesdays each week. Campers can join in whatever we are doing at the time, stand by and watch, or just sit back and enjoy. If you are interested in growing veggies or just seeing how we do it, then we are happy to show you around. Otherwise you can just relax in peaceful surroundings. Our farm also offers unique elevated views of the local farming area with a backdrop of The Great Dividing Range, the Coral Sea and Port Douglas. There is also an impressive variety of butterflies and bird life to enjoy. Hosts are happy to show campers around our market garden that we start cultivating after the wet season and usually continue until December - weather dependant. Guests will have access to a portable fire place during their stay as well as a BBQ grill and hotplate. Firewood is available for purchase. We have electricity available from the vacant cottage at $20/night. Must be booked through Extras. Our 150acre property has spectacular mountain views, as well as views to Port Douglas and the Coral Sea. There are small creeks on the property that attract birdlife and have a variety of freshwater fish and turtles in them. Nearby there are several larger creeks for cooling off, and properties with horses, cattle and sugarcane. We are a 15min drive to Mossman, the closest town, and 45mins south to Port Douglas or north to the Daintree township. You can take a shortcut to the road to Daintree via the WWII Japanese Miallo Bombing Memorial. Sorry, no pets.

The Osborne family are pioneers in farming in Daintree going back five generations. Daintree Village is a short stroll up Dagmar Street before reaching public toilets, mail box (pick up mail from Daintree Village Hotel), Croc Xpresso Cafe (breakfast & lunch), Daintree Village Hotel (lunch & dinner), Daintree Originals (souvenirs, arts, crafts, t-shirts and tropical clothing). The CREB Track is nearby running through the heart of the Daintree Rainforest to Roaring Meg Falls and on to Wujal Wujal. Only 4x4 vehicles without trailers on this adventurous track. Also there is the Bloomfield Track running from Wujal Wujal to Cape Tribulation. A large open marquee area is provided shelter and shade between all sites. Table and chairs are provided. We welcome your pets but they will have to be on leash. Campfires are now allowed onsite in the fire pit.

We have 2 and a half acres of hobby farm with fruit trees, vegetables and open grass for the two resident donkeys, chickens and a couple of dogs. It really is a mini farm just 3 km from the beach. The two very friendly donkeys love to be with children. The property is in the middle of the Daintree Rain Forest with all its beauty. There are endless walks, guided tours adventure activities for all ages and fitness. Guests are required to be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Pull in with your RV beautiful peaceful spot surrounded by fruit trees and rain forest. Go for a swim in one of the many local swimming holes. Great adventures to be had exploring the amazing Daintree National Park from within, Beautiful Cow Bay Beach is just 3 km away. The children will love the donkeys and chickens. Campfires are permitted outside of any restrictions and must be contained and supervised at all times. Well behaved pets are allowed on leash as we have our animals.

This 6km trail climbs from sea level to almost 400m within just a couple of kilometres, allowing riders to experience one of the biggest downhill thrills in the region. You might also like to explore further and do a day trip up to the Daintree. Your friendly host is always happy to share local knowledge so you can get the best out of your trip. Campers will need to be self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure.
