We loved the site! It was really quiet and peaceful; it felt nice and secluded. David also provided top notch firewood. We camped in a few other spots in the area the same week and no place had wood as dry as that! Makes great campfires.

David is a great host, but for what felt to be on the more expensive side for camping it didn’t feel like it was a worthwhile experience. Nice views but nothing spectacular

We really enjoyed camping here. The kids loved running between the gardens and exploring the bamboo room. David is an artist and his gardens are a gift to visit. We were especially lucky to meet the puppies! David was great about communication and our site was lovely! I would definitely recommend.

View of the barn. The gardens are magic.David provides a big cart to move items from the car to the site. Not a far distance, but the cart made it that much easier. Our spot had just the right amount of sun and shade, and lots of privacy. Love how the gardens created nooks and crannies to explore and tuck away into.

David’s property is beautiful and very unique. We enjoyed the stars, campfire and gardens. I would recommend, especially if you can take a day to explore the grounds.

The location has much to recommend it: the gardens are wild and whimsical and enchanting. There are so many sections to wander.

The field is huge and offers shade if needed.

Our first hipcamp experience, and we were big fans!

This is an awesome stay, with a Stupa right next to you, a beautiful garden and farm to stroll through, and a bamboo room to chill in. Unique and fun. David the host was a kind and accommodating host.

David welcomed us immediately upon arrival. The gardens are beautiful and wild. David had firewood and waiting for us and showed us to the site which was pristine. There is a nearby lake. He walked us to his favorite spot and we enjoyed it both days. He was friendly but the opposite of intrusive- allowed us to really enjoy camping. The bamboo room is a fun extra and so is the Supa.

We had a great time camping at the farm. Sunrise over the field & stupa was especially memorable. Our daughter loved exploring the gardens. David was a great host and logistics were very easy. The grass pathways were very well maintained - I recommend waterproof shoes/boots for walking around when there’s morning dew on the ground.
