Peaceful Forest in Fields & Animals

What a treat! There’s electricity, clean water, a converted horse trailer AND wifi/cell service, yet you feel like you’re in the middle of a woodland paradise far away from it all. There’s even a shower at the main house that Victor and Mary allow you to use. From the minute you drive up, Victor is there to help you however he can. I have never felt so welcome and cannot wait to return!! Also, the animals are friendly and happy. What a great site.

This was my second visit at Mary and Victor's beautiful fields. We enjoyed the fresh eggs and campsite quite a bit, it is the perfect place to unwind. Mary and Victor are also the most accommodating and kind hosts! Highly recommend!!

Our stay here with our kiddos was wonderful. Our host were welcoming, informative, and kind. The camping area was roomy and had great trees. Our kids enjoyed the outdoors and getting to see the animals (especially the horses). The additional converted horse trailer served as a good shelter when we had thunderstorms and kept some of our things dry. Close enough to key locations for some more outdoor fun (like Gillette Castle). Outdoor outhouse was just for our use and was kept clean (had paper, wipes, and additional cleaning spray). It was ok for it’s intended use. The shower (located outside the home) had hot water. We would stay here again.

Beautiful campsite for outdoor lovers and horse lovers. The site qas extremely private and the hosts were very kind and friendly. We will definitly be returning!

Wonderful place to camp, especially with kids. Mary and Victor are extremely nice and accommodating hosts. Very spacious and flat area to pitch your tent, with water and power near by. The horses are super charming, and there’s lots to do in the area. Chatfield Hollow state park is a short drive away and is a nice, calm spot to swim with kids.

The site was very peaceful, and Mary and Victor went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and to make me feel welcome. I enjoyed spending time with the horses, chickens, and dogs on the farm, and was also able to go to a couple of the (many) hiking trails in the area. A wonderful visit!

My family loved staying with Mary, Victor, Marley, Cha Cha and Jirasol. The camping site was very large and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an excellent 2 night stay. Very quiet and peaceful, nice mature forest around the site. The horses and dog were a plus - very well mannered. And we purchased eggs for our breakfasts from our kind hosts - very tasty and fresh from their chickens.
