Highly recommend staying at Blackburn Farm! They are the most lovey folks and great hosts. Christopher greeted us when we arrived and showed me around the site. The site had water and 50amp electric which was key with the heat wave during our visit. This is a go to spot for some relaxation after visiting the quaint town of mystic. Perfect location for access to the aquarium, sea port or downtown shops.

We loved camping at Blackburn Farm. Christopher met us when we arrived and was very welcoming. He showed us where to park our trailer, hooked up water and electric for us. The farm is in a wooded area, at the end of a long driveway but easy to navigate. The site was quiet and beautiful. There are 2 fire pits including one with a grill which we used for a campfire and cooking. A perfect night!

We loved staying at Christopher's farm!

Easy to find (especially with his instructions) and within two minutes of arriving we were setup.

He helped us top up the water in our van, offered us electricity and introduced us to his farm animals, including fainting goats!

In the morning he messaged me and offered to bring free home-grown veggies before he headed out of town.

Highly recommend.

What more can I say that hasn’t been said already?

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Christopher could not have been any more helpful. He helped me set up my awning and offered numerous hiking and biking trail as well as dining suggestions. I took a walk Sunday morning on the trails abutting his gorgeous property and it was very nice. This was the maiden voyage for my new-to-me Boreas camper and it was a perfect place to go and get accustomed to it. The farm animals made very nice neighbors and I would love to come back again sometime. A very peaceful place. Thanks

We had a great stay at Blackburn. A peaceful setting with plenty of walking / cycling trails. Meeting the animals was a treat for all of us. Our daughter was able to help collect eggs and check out their syrup taps. The camp area is set up with a water pump and power, even though we didn’t need it. Wonderful hosts!

Chris was a great host. Property is beautiful. We got fresh eggs and maple syrup from the farm. Our elementary age school kids loved the animals. Close to mystic and everything mystic offers.

Great location. Truck with 8ft bed towing a 20ft camper was good at getting to spot on property. Nice peaceful location! Would love to come back when it’s warm.

Our stay at Blackburn Farm was amazing. The spot is very private even though it was super close to town. It felt like we were in the woods! We had a nice camp fire and got to play with the sheep and other animals. The property leans against a 3mi trail that is very well marked and even goes to the water if you are up for a longer walk. Our host, Christopher, was very responsive to our inquiries and even went out of his way to upgrade electrical for the spot (the camper we had rented needed 30A). This was before we'd even booked! Talk about hospitality! Highly recommended!
