What more can I say that hasn’t been said already?
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and Christopher could not have been any more helpful. He helped me set up my awning and offered numerous hiking and biking trail as well as dining suggestions. I took a walk Sunday morning on the trails abutting his gorgeous property and it was very nice. This was the maiden voyage for my new-to-me Boreas camper and it was a perfect place to go and get accustomed to it. The farm animals made very nice neighbors and I would love to come back again sometime. A very peaceful place. Thanks

We had a great stay at Blackburn farm! Chris was so accommodating and the property was very peaceful. Highly recommend.
We had a great stay at Blackburn. A peaceful setting with plenty of walking / cycling trails. Meeting the animals was a treat for all of us. Our daughter was able to help collect eggs and check out their syrup taps. The camp area is set up with a water pump and power, even though we didn’t need it. Wonderful hosts!
Chris was a great host. Property is beautiful. We got fresh eggs and maple syrup from the farm. Our elementary age school kids loved the animals. Close to mystic and everything mystic offers.
Great location. Truck with 8ft bed towing a 20ft camper was good at getting to spot on property. Nice peaceful location! Would love to come back when it’s warm.
Our stay at Blackburn Farm was amazing. The spot is very private even though it was super close to town. It felt like we were in the woods! We had a nice camp fire and got to play with the sheep and other animals. The property leans against a 3mi trail that is very well marked and even goes to the water if you are up for a longer walk. Our host, Christopher, was very responsive to our inquiries and even went out of his way to upgrade electrical for the spot (the camper we had rented needed 30A). This was before we'd even booked! Talk about hospitality! Highly recommended!
Chris and his wife were extremely welcoming. The farm is absolutely gorgeous and the sheep (3) adorable. Everything was so well thought out. We had electricity hook-up and water was available. The picnic table and fire pit (abundant firewood included) made the end to our evening very special. They also provided amazing recommendations for dinner and breakfast. We will return for sure, hopefully for a longer visit.

Blackburn Farm and our hosts, Christopher and Tiffany, were everything we were looking for. Well located between New London and Downtown Mystic, a peaceful setting with adorable farm animals, and gracious hosts who provided local insight and recommendations. I would give this stay 5 out of 5 stars and will be coming back.
I very much enjoyed camping at Blackburn Farm! Christopher and Tiffany were warm, friendly and welcoming hosts. They offer a quiet site between the barn and connected small, fenced pasture where their three black sheep have a very well-tended home, and a wooded area that provides shade. It is a great bonus that water and electric is available at the campsite, which always makes camping with a travel trailer more comfortable. A picnic table and fire ring, with firewood available, made the evenings there especially enjoyable. For me, this site very near Mystic, but completely isolated from the tourist hustle and bustle of the village center and Mystic Seaport, provided a perfect camping experience while visiting friends in the area! Do not miss a visit to Mystic Seaport, however, if you stay at Blackburn Farm. It is an amazing cultural and recreational destination.

Thanks Karen! So glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your next visit. Chris and Tiffany- and the sheep
