Good spot between the high desert and juniper forests. There was a beautiful fresh mountain stream flowing right through our site. It was a nice spot to be at for a campfire and stars at night.
Exactly what I like in a Hipcamp: privacy (no other campsites around), proximity to trails and parks (35 minutes to Mesa Verde; 25 minutes to Durango), a super friendly host, and farm fresh veggies.
This land was beautiful and peaceful, and Erin was a responsive and generous host. By the river, in the trees, and in beauty. What more could we ask for? Our only regret was not having more time at The Farm.

Erin was very nice and the property was perfect for camping. Easy drive to Durango and Mesa Verde NP. We had a great time.

Very nice, especially in the fall. We stayed two days and would definitely go back. The site has large trees and open areas. Plenty of room to have a campfire. Very clean, private.
We had a great stay at Erin's campsite. Communication was stellar, and she met us to make sure we got to the site. Site had a large fire ring and plenty of firewood was available to use. Running water and electric at the site were two big pluses. Plenty of space to roam on the property, which we did to check out the changing leaves. No water in the river during our stay, but the drybed was still interesting. Some road noise, but plenty of nature sounds too. Would definitely stay here again! 👍
Very tranquil. Close to Durango. Went to Durango for lunch and hanging out. It is tranquil and quiet. We were here by ourselves. I would be most comfortable with a group of friends here. We saw deer every morning and evening. Erin was very nice and responsive. We appreciated the tomato, potatoes and lemon zucchini. Farm fresh veggies!!
It was fabulous and Erin was a great host!!! We had site 1 all to ourselves and it was scenic, spacious and just what we needed to unwind from the norm. The fire pit was excellent. We saw several turkeys and deer. We rode our bikes around to explore. We even got fresh garden veggies from Erin that we roasted that night for dinner and then used the tomatoes and lemon cucumbers for lunch. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.
