We loved our stay at the High Desert Ranch! Christine was so accommodating and made sure we were in the perfect spot for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find out it had electric and water which we weren’t expecting. The property is beautiful and the camping spaces were huge. Christine is making lots of improvements on the land and we will definitely be back!
We stayed the night here on our road trip from Texas to Montana! We arrived around 11 pm but was able to navigate the site easily even in the dark! Christine was very responsive and very friendly as well!!! A storm was brewing when we were there so couldn’t see the stars as much as a clear night, but even the little glimpses were amazing!

We loved our time here! It was such a beautiful spot to land on the way to Great Sand Dunes national park. We loved having a spot at the back with a clear view of all of the mountains. We got to try out our new roof tent and we were glad to since it was quite windy we were there. The sunrise there is beautiful as well! Thank you so much for having us!

Christine's land is BEAUTIFUL! And she was very accommodating. There are amazing views and picnic tables/fire rings. We went on a winding holiday weekend with a fire ban and still had a great time! It could use and additional porta potty.

We stayed at the High Desert Ranch Memorial day weekend. It was close enough to Sand Dunes national park to do a day trip and also has hot springs nearby. Christine was very responsive and a great host. There's a well-maintained port-a-potty at the ranch.
A few things to be aware of:
- Many of the sites have a picnic table but not every site. Contact Christine ahead of time if you expect to need one.
- Check the weather in advance but be ready for high winds regardless. If you're tent-camping be ready to pack things up b/c not uncommon for winds to get over 40 mph

Beautiful spot - the stars at night were amazing. Christine was very helpful in switching me to an RV site for the night. The dog run was great as my dog had tons of energy and needed to wander around off leash
