I cannot guarantee that you will not see other human beings out there but sometimes it does happen. Holidays are usually busy on neighboring properties as expected, however you can be assured that there is only one site on this land and that site is for you.
Also on a side note, the wind can pick up and blow through this valley at times. If you love open space than you will surely appreciate this beauty.

Let me start off by saying the property owner is one of the nicest guys I've ever dealt with. We were having some trouble finding the exact location (not due to GPS) but we were confused because this property is roughly 10 miles or so off the "main" road. After turning off of the main road onto the first "unfinished" road we went and turned on a dirt road and went what felt like forever and he stayed on the phone with us (barely had signal which I expected) until we found the exact spot to camp. I noticed another truck and RV less than a football field away from us on the way in, no sooner than we got out of the car some guy came up and was asking what we were doing and explained we booked the site through here, he said he just bought a property out there and he seemed a little sketchy. The location was very dry, dusty and extremely windy. The owner did have a partial fence up around a picnic table which was nice. It was so windy that night my wife and I ended up sleeping in the car, didn't feel overly safe considering we were out in the middle of nowhere essentially and felt like that guy that showed up earlier could have came back and did harm to us while we were sleeping. Also we drive a sedan car and I wouldn't go back that dirt road again in in it. I advise to have a truck or SUV. *****MOST IMPORTANT PART TO ME******
Other than the owner being super nice, the stars in the sky here were unlike anything I've ever experienced. My main goal on this trip was to capture the milky way and when I looked up I felt as if I were in a planetarium I could see so many more stars than I could in our light polluted skies back home. I did get a great shot of the Milky Way!
Overall decent place to stay. I don't blame the owner of this property for the random guy showing up just thought I'd put that out there. I would stay here again providing I was in a different vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of stars at night that’s for sure. Also plenty of wind during the day so come prepared however things calm down at night. We only had one car drive by in 3 days so I’d say it was very private even though you’re not far from the dirt road. Our favorite part was how quiet it is at night. Something us city folk don’t take for granted.

Getting to this location seemed challenging, but GPS is able to follow the dirt roads and take you right to the tire marks. They might be a little hard to see but you can't miss the fence that is in front of the water source along with the large tree mentioned in the instructions. If there is a fire ban in place be sure to bring some warm clothes. There are no obstructions and it can get windy. Luckily for me the wind died down around the time the sun set. I'd recommend buying an appropriate sleeping bag so you can fall asleep looking at the incredible night sky and not be too cold when the temps drop over night.
It was adequate for what we needed.
We had a wonderful time! The land was private and the hosts take very good care of the campsites available. We will definitely be returning :) I recommend bringing bug spray.
For one night the site was fine. Due to that day's wind it was really difficult to put up our tents. +/- 20 mile dirt road on the way back to Denver. Great views at the site.
While the stargazing made it all worth it, this site is definitely not worth the nightly cost unless you are a professional photographer. However, the stargazing experience is really incredible and I highly recommend that. Otherwise, the land consists of a lot of rocks, and can get very windy, making it hard to set up a tent.
Great stay!
Directions were excellent. Be aware that the last bit is on dirt and gravel roads, which is no problem for any car but if you have a camper, you may want to take it slow.
The site had 360 degrees views which we enjoyed very much. At night everything was quiet and the moon lit up the entire plains.
You can see several structures and trailers on nearby sites but we only saw one truck driving and a few off-road vehicles making laps on the roads the whole weekend. Other than that we didn’t see any activity, so it’s quite private.
Keep in mind that this is on the plains so it’s very windy! It’s not a problem if you have a camper and plan accordingly, but I would not recommend staying in a tent unless you are accustomed to high winds.
