Several reservoirs(Spinney, 11 mile and Taryall) all within a 30 min drive. 15 minutes from FairPlay, this is 5 acres of pristine mountain land with 360 degree views. Plenty of wildlife in the area and is an outdoorsman paradise. Easy drive from from the metro area and no need to fight the I-70 traffic. Do you hear that……the mountains are calling!

Stunning views. If you are tent camping there are a lot of rocks and the ground is consistently uneven. It’s manageable but it would be a huge help if there were some camp pads or some leveled out ground cleared of rocks. Overall a nice site that just needs a little work for the price they are asking.

Great views, but we scraped the bottom of the trailer on the way in / out, due to the entrance being a big ditch. The ground was pretty sloped, so we couldn’t get level even using our levelers. Otherwise great.
