We had a great time! Wish it hadn’t rained the whole time, but Amy was lovely offering extra blankets and help with anything we needed! Will definitely go back!!
The treehouse by the bubbling stream was so much fun. There was even a picnic table, fire pit (with extra wood) and a trampoline!
Our host, Amy, was very accommodating and gave us a cooler, camp stove, and chairs to use because we didn’t bring ours.
The treehouse had electricity, and there was a very clean porta potty close by.
Nederland is a cool mountain town. The treehouse was close to town but not too close.
I would definitely come back and stay there again - maybe in the teepee or on the tent site next time.
My friends and I loved staying here! The treehouse is so cute and cozy and the space is great for hanging out and enjoying the beautiful area. Amy was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely be happy to return.
Amy was there to meet us and was super friendly! She made great recommendations for ways to spend time and even brought down a fairy garden set for my kids. The property is amazing and the treehouse, while small, is really cute and a great use of space. It slept my family of four beautifully. There was also a trampoline which my kids played on for many many hours right next to the creek. Adult conversation? Yes please. This was my most pleasant camping/glamping experience in quite some time. I have already referred friends and absolutely will come back.
We enjoyed our stay so much!
The tree house was comfortable and tucked away in quite spot surrounded by the forest. Getting to sleep in a small loft was fun and cozy. The battery powered candle lights and string lights was a great touch and provided a nice ambiance.
Amy and Scott were both super friendly and very welcoming.
And we also enjoyed getting to pet their dog, she's so sweet. The tree house is not far from Nederland and we were able to enjoy some of the local restaurants and scenic drives to Boulder and Estes Park. We definitely will look to stay here again.

Loved this place. The accommodations way exceeded our expectations. The tree house was very nice and extremely clean. It fits 4 people, and has a two person tent already set up under it. I love the subtle details around the camp ground, there is a fairy garden in the woods, baby alligator under the tree, fairy mailbox at the entrance… and I did not expect to see the trampoline! The kids absolutely loved everything and had a great time.
Everything is very clean and well kept up. Will definitely come again.

Amazing experience in the wild of CO.
Amy and Scott were fantastic hosts!
The treehouse was the perfect place for two of us to stay. The windows let in lots of light and offered a beautiful view of the trees. Convenient location if you plan to visit Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park. Nederland had restaurants, coffee shops, outdoor stores, and lots of hiking trails.
Amy was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to questions and everything in the cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived.
