There is a large fenced area where your dog can run free (as long as s/he gets along with our dogs, of course!) We are conveniently located between Evergreen and Conifer, only 11 miles to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and an easy commute to Denver!

Lynae was great, she greeted us with her adorable dogs and let us know she was there if we needed any help or had questions. Had wonderful propane fire pit we used. She offered to let us fill up our water tanks or take any trash we needed to dispose of. Its in the perfect location near 2 great town conifer or evergreen!! Thanks for the great stay.
Lynae and Brock were incredibly kind and gracious hosts. The spot was very nice and enough privacy to feel secluded. Yet you are minutes away from Denver and Evergreen. Friendly dogs that didn’t make a peep. They provided a 20 amp power cord and even had WiFi and water hose. I would suggest having a vehicle around 30ft or less due to pulling into driveway and turnaround. But even my 36ft rv worked ok. Thanks!
Beautiful, peaceful place just above Denver and not too far off the of the main highway and from restaurants and other mountain services. The hosts were very lovely, accommodating and thoughtful, and I and my dogs had a fantastic time here. I hope to be back soon!
Relaxing, beautiful, quiet spot
Hard to say in just a few words how pleasurable our experience was staying at Lynae’s spot located just outside Morrison. We needed a place for the night after a 311 show at Red Rocks that was close but low key. Less than 20 minutes away was ideal. We have a small travel trailer and a Jeep. It fit perfectly on a beautiful spot perched on the mountain side. Our hosts were incredibly sweet and accommodating. It was a quiet wooded area safely tucked into a neighborhood. Not that it’s a negative but they currently don’t have bathroom facilities so prepare for that if traveling light. They do have power but not 30 amp. That said, I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone needing a place for the night or multiple.
