- 1 hour 20 mins to Estes Park, CO

- 13 mins to grocery store, gas, liquor store, and restaurants in Wellington, CO

IMP. DETAILS:

*Our home is nearby on the property, but like you, we're living our best lives and won't bother you during your stay.

**We have two 50-amp electrical hookups and a spigot (see photos). ***You're responsible for providing your own power converter (if needed) and hose.***

*Be aware there is hay in the field, in case your allergies might act up.

*We have 2 sites - bring friends! To bring two RVs or reserve both spaces, you MUST make 2 bookings.

*Pets are welcome with no fee; however, this area is just partially fenced. ****If there's ANY chance your dog will munch on a cat, they MUST be kept on-leash as we have a beloved kitty roaming about, and that's just too much temptation.****

*This farmland is tucked away and quiet, yet close to tons of activities. It's affectionately called "Little Bird Acres" due to all the songbirds who call this home (finches, meadowlarks, and more). There's also a good chance you'll see or hear wildlife - hawks, eagles, foxes, jackrabbits, and the occasional coyote pack howling after dusk in the distance. And look for pronghorns in the mornings!

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The location was a field with weeds and dirt, no trees or shrubs or grass. So our night’s stay was adequate, but we would probably look for something different if in the area again.

Owners communicated well in emails and the directions were fine. They didn’t come out to say hello and we never saw them.

We enjoyed being able to come in and park and not have to do a lot of leveling, just plug in and relax. Views were nice

This location is outside of town. They have a big field in front of their house. It was nice to have both electric and water. Although we were quite close to their house, we were able to have privacy. You can see the mountains but the best view is a little obscured by the barn and house. They are off a long dirt road but it is a very well maintained dirt road and we had no problem going the speed limit.

We have a 21’ bumper pull trailer and there is a ton of room, 50 amp power, a water spigot nearby and a trash can provided too.
The view is pleasant, we enjoyed sitting outside and reading books.
We are looking forward to our next stay there.
