There are wild roses in the summer with ponderosa and lodge pole trees sprinkled throughout for a bit of shade. Plus, the aspens of course. Around the fire pit area there is circle of logs to sit on in the evening. Pull up some chairs to get comfortable roasting marshmallows for s’mores. Nearby, the tree level is low enough to see the stars at night.

Have young children? I have a Tiny Tots picnic table available. It is just the right size for your little ones. Let me know via the message section and it will ready at your camp site when you arrive.

Quiet and private huge site. Easy to find shade when that Colorado sun comes beating down. Great spot for a group to spread out and have a spot to come together.

Rustic Creek Ranch is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been ❤️ it was absolutely amazing and Debbie is a great host. Thank you so much for the great weekend, I'll definitely be back soon! The Wild Rose spot was perfect and I left a little bit of nature art if anyone would like to add to it. I'll be posting more pics and videos of my time there on my Instagram soon @mandythemycologist

We had a fantastic stay and loved the easy access to the Colorado trail on the edge of the property. Beautiful land and great camp spots. We had rain all weekend and still made the most of our stay. Would definitely recommend any of these sites to ensure you have a reserved camp spot. Also the breakfast burritos in Bailey at the Cutthroat Cafe were delish.

My daughter & I just spent two nights at the wild rose site and LOVED it. We felt like we were tucked away in our own little corner of the world. The site is quite private, and very close to a little creek. The Columbines were in full bloom when we were there too. Table & chairs and fire pit were already provided, and we had our own port a potty on the site! We enjoyed exploring the property,, seeing the herd from a distance (we didn’t want to get too close with our dogs), meeting the ranch dogs, and of course meeting Debbie herself! The Colorado trail runs right behind the property, so we put in a few miles of exploring there too.

I asked my 11 year old daughter for a review as well: “it was really nice and secluded. Our dogs enjoyed going down to the stream for water, and we got to meet the alpacas. Even the butterflies were friendly! It was my favorite camping trip in a long time.”

It really was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Debbie!!

I hate having to write this review. I know that next year when I'm ready to book the site will be already gone. It is an absolutly wonderful place and Deb is an awesome camp host! And the Llama's and Alpaca's were a great bonus.

If you are looking for an off grid experience where you aren't on top of other campers this is the place. If you are connected to your electronics and don't want to drive on a dirt road - this is NOT your place. The drive in is work involing a paved road that becomes a partially paved road which turns into a gravel road then becomes a dirt road. While we were here a Class A did naviagate it and make it to the campground - what a driver! Make sure you communicate with Deb on what equipment you plan on bringing. Not all things will work on each site.

It was definitely worth the journey and we will be back again!!!!!!

This was such a perfect little spot for us to hang out for an evening. Debbie came by to greet us personally shortly after we arrived, and we were sent off by the sweetest pair of dogs. A beautiful getaway tucked away in the mountains to unplug from the business of everyday life. We’ll be back!

The ranch is definitely further back on the road than you feel like you’d need to go. We turned around once thinking we went the wrong way then realize we were incorrect. Keep going until you see it on your left! The site is better than we could have imagined. It was so secluded and private which was a huge relief since we have easily distracted dogs :) I can’t say enough good thing about Debbie’s sites here. We will be back 100x over.
