It is fairly flat depending on where you park. When spring comes there will be a table and chairs at the site and of course a fire pit. Plus, a canopy to provide a bit of shade on the sunny days. This is a wide open space to view the stars at night and maybe even see some wild turkeys during the day.

Now there are 3 little picnic tables for little kids. One bit larger and two for the smaller tots. There is also one short popup canopy for shade. How we figure out who gets the kid canopy I am not sure. Probably first going to the sites with the most sun. This isn't an official show up at a certain time and get a lesson. You don't have to make a reservation. Nope, it all depends on when the herd is near the pen. So, when you are on your hike, come by the corral pen. If the herd is around, you can hand feed them a snack. Or just ask me when we connect. Either way, I will explain the difference between an alpaca and a llama. Plus a bit of history about them. Then there will be a quiz!

Beautiful mountain views by day, starlit skies by night, and spread out campsites. The wildflowers attracted a constant flow of butterflies and hummingbirds. This was my first time staying on Deborah’s beautiful ranch and the maiden voyage for my rooftop tent. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful and relaxing time and will definitely go back. Thank you, Deborah, for a great weekend getaway.
Great site with a nice big shade canopy with table and chairs. So close to Buffalo Creek for amazing mountain biking - we just biked on over. Deborah checked in on us each day, which was nice. The site is an enormous meadow, and there were 2 other sites on the same meadow, but they were at least 200 yards away. Can't wait to come back!
beautiful property with great views. the kids loved exploring the short trails and road around the property. lots of animals - dogs, alpacas, etc roaming the wide open grounds. we went up to the house and the kids got to feed the alpacas. Generous spacing of the campsites. you can see other groups, but still feel like you have your own area.

Beautiful, peaceful, and the owner's really care about the campers and their experience. A hidden jem for sure! I loved waking up and seeing the alpacas graze across the meadow quietly, hearing the birds sing their songs, and just a great camping spot altogether.
Deborah’s property was absolutely stunning! It was perfect for “glamping”camping, or hiking! Deborah is an amazing host and welcomed us, and even to her home! There is a bonus of a pony and llamas on the property that you can also feed grain if she’s around to help! I can’t wait to visit again! I highly recommend her property as you will feel so welcomed!
Beautiful site in the mountains, lots of space. And the alpaca said hello in the morning, which was awesome especially for our 19 month old. Not tons of trees to tie up shade so plan ahead there if you were planning on using trees. beautiful open space nestled between the beautiful forests.
