Perfect spot, very peaceful, lot of place to walk around and the dog loved playing in the creek! :)
Very neat site, make sure to bring something to be in the shade in the afternoon!

Really nice secluded spot and you could hear the stream across the road. Not very many cars drove by and even though it did get hot during the day (not bad in the shade), it cooled way down at night for a really comfortable sleep. Even though the spot was on a slight hill, there were plenty of flat places including a nice cleared out level area.
This is a gem amongst gems. Call the owner, it’s easy to access. Has a flowing Creek across the road.
Thank you Boyd for an amazing place to camp. I would recommend campers print out or have the directions handy, as you may not have a signal closer to the property.
We hiked around your acreage and enjoyed all the different rock gardens. Such beautiful wild flowers are scattered all over. We ended up putting our coffee grains and extra water around your newly planted/young trees.
The creek is close by, the short stretch is good for fishing (caught a Brook trout) and we were able to hike up around the cool rock formations across the way whilst finding a place to cross the creek at.
If you want to go stargazing....this is the place to see the Milky Way and a handful of shooting stars.
There is a tiny bit of traffic, as the campsite is kind of close to the street and walking distance from the creek, but definitely not anything to worry about or to hinder our camping experience.
Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there, so we didn't get to explore the area as much as we had hoped, but that just happens sometimes. The campsite is in a neighborhood of sorts, a community of homesites, some with rvs, some with homes, and some without.
We saw about 3 cars drive by the 1 day we were there. This site is not very private but the host lets you know that. You are on a sloping hill across from a nice, shared stream.
Tenters and probably rvers have one location that is flat, a nicely flattened parking space near the road. Our tent set up easily on it and we parked the car next to the tent.
We felt safe, and not too far out in the wilderness which suited our needs.

The host didn't provide the actual street address, so I got all the way to the actual street and had to backtrack until I found a cell signal to try message/call the host. He said he was traveling in the mountains and didn't get my messages/calls asking for the address. So after an hour or so I got the address, and drove back to the site...
There is very limited flat space to pitch your tent, and it's directly adjacent to the guest driveway. Other than that, views are beautiful and highlight is for sure the creek -- which is pretty, I staked my tube and floated.
But I would not stay again at *$60/night* for this space.

Absolutely gorgeous property and amazing location! Super easy river access, amazing views, and stunning sunsets. The directions were a bit confusing, but if you just keep driving past where your GPS tells you to go, it's very easy to find.
Lovely spot with a great view! The road between the site and the creek was very quiet and we didn’t see more than a dozen cars pass by each day. The little creek was perfect - we staked our tubes and floated in the water and enjoyed some fly fishing (we caught a brown trout!). The creek is shared with the community, but never got too packed even though it was the 4th of July weekend (and you get first dibs since the campsite is just across from the creek access). No reception at the site, but there’s good reception about 10 minutes if you feel the need to check weather updates/check in on the world.

Thanks for the review! I added a flat spot higher up with a bit better view and more distance from the road. Campers can camp anywhere on the property. I have been spending every dime from Hipcamp on improving, and reforesting the property. I will be planting trees in the spring!
