I drove up from Denver for a quiet evening away from everything, and this spot was great! The hosts are really nice and everything is easy to find. I found a shady spot, faced the car east, and set up the rooftop tent for an afternoon of reading. The evening became breezy and cool and I became very sleepy. Nighttime was peaceful and I slept without interruption. I had coffee and slowly packed up in the cool morning while the dog snooted around in the brambles. I closed up the car, turned up the side road, and was back in town before lunch.
Delightful stay during our tour of grasslands. Intimate spot w room to roam around. Coyote and pheasant calls w deer visitor…such a nice alternative to crowded campgrounds.
While a little pricey for what is offered, this hip camp met our needs nicely. We were traveling across country and just needed a place to lay our 4 tents for a few hours before getting up and going again. Plenty of room for setting up tents in the tall grass. Heard coyotes singing multiple times during the night. Thanks Trae for the prompt correspondences.
We were driving through from Utah so we only stayed 1 night. This spot was very nice. Its in a fairly private field (we saw 1 car, most likely the neighbor farmer). Its tall grass with some trees. At night you can hear a few trains, but other than that its nature sounds, like coyotes. Pretty easy access. We enjoyed our stay and Trae was very accommodating.

Thanks Jessica! Glad to have you. Sorry any the trains. Pretty amazing how far the sound carries out here. Come back anytime!
