Million-dollar views, unreal sunsets, plenty of room. High on a mountain top, next to our cabin, in the town of Pagosa Springs Colorado. This is not a private spot. Its safe and clean. Deepest hot springs in the USA. Great fishing, hiking, rafting and world class skiing within 30min. 420 friendly for 21+ tent or trailer camping . 420 friendly. You can bring a small to medium RV but there is a very hard right turn into my drive so no pull alongs, no water or electrical hook ups. Land is flat gravel. 10 min from town. Walmart is 10 min away for anything you need. This is not a 5 star resort. It's a place to spend a night or a few that won't kill your budget. Safety first. No bathrooms. Dogs on the property l, they like visitors.

      Nice flat spot for tent camping or car camping like I did. Got there after sunset but let me tell you about the star gazing. Wow

      Great spot and exactly what I was looking for on my way to Moab. Host was great and very accommodating. They did not lie about a great sunset at this spot.
