Mountain Views and gorgeous sunsets

I love it here. It's rural, a little industrial but quiet. Parked all set up in advance. Quiet place my dogs can run outside the park with wide open spaces. Host was available but unobtrusive. Wouldn't mind and did extend my stay.

Great spot to land for the price and wonderful people around you. lol was an amazing host. This place does not have all the bells and whistles of a KOA but for someone like me just needing a quiet spot to land it was perfect! Plus everyone is so kind and friendly and I got lucky that they were able to help out with my camper troubles as well!

Kim was a great host. We made great friends and they definitely made it easy for us to transition from Texas to Colorado.

Not as advertised! From the description "Mountain Views in a Prairie Setting" one would expect to be surrounded by beautiful scenery of the Prairie and mountains. However, when we arrived we were shown to a space inside the parking lot of RV World which was surrounded by RV's being stored, barbed wire fence and industrial buildings & businesses. Very disappointed. We were in the area to visit friends but we're too embarrassed to have them come see our new RV.

I am sorry that you felt that way about your stay, your husband who came in and bought parts a couple of times never mentioned that you were unhappy with the site, I would have been happy to address it with you. We just opened this year, and are still working on getting trees and other amenities as we grow, which is why we have such a low price for the area. Yes, it is an industrial type of area, but it is fairly quiet out here and great if you are working from home and need to not have the craziness of a regular campground. I will take your suggestions and add some things to the listing.

Perfect place to stay, work and get your RV service and repairs done!
During my last stay, Kim was able to fit my travel trailer into the schedule, repacked the wheel bearings, new seals and all new brakes including the newer self-adjusting upgrade. The guys in the shop are top notch and did an incredible job!
Thanks for creating such a great place with technicians that go above and beyond!!

Great Place, Great People!
Kim and the gang have done a remarkable job putting this together!
Full hookups, propane refills plus service, parts & repair onsite!!
Easy access for any size rig too.
I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!
