Views for days!
Beautiful! The views from Joshua’s Hipcamp are unbeatable. Sunsets were top notch and the quietness was nice. Ask him for the GPS coordinates instead of using google maps, then you’ll be set to find his place!
Quiet with a beautiful view with the basic hook-ups needed. Nice location to Mesa Verde and Mancos for a bite to eat.
Joshua was helpful with a couple needs we had. Follow his directions. They were easy and very accurate.
Beautiful views and very private!
Joshua was very accommodating to any of our needs and happy to give us information about the area. Beautiful site set high on 35 acres with mountain and grassland views. Gorgeous sunsets! We loved the whole area and would definitely stay here again!
Peaceful stay; awesome views
Joshua's ranch in Mancos was perfect. His property is private, yet close enough to Durango and very close to Mesa Verde. We found the space and the views to be outstanding. I have no reservations in recommending Joshua's hipcamp stay to anyone who wants to be away from the business of daily life. We plan to return next year!
It's easy to see that Joshua and family take great care of their land. It's absolutely gorgeous! They were super quiet and extremely nice during our stay. The only thing you may want to is that the RV hookup area is right next to their home and the passenger side of your trailer will face their house. If you bring extensions for water, power and sewer you may be able to pull in and have your awning on opposite side of their home. We set up a netted tent on the other side of our trailer to hang out and enjoy the views.
